About this property

Villa Lot - Luxury and comfort in the heart of Aveyron with private pool and Jacuzzi

The hamlet of Labro, where we settled there several years, is typical of villages in the region. Situated not far from Espalion, he took advantage of a real peace and a privileged location overlooking the Lot valley. For a long time we wanted to show and share with others. It's done this year. On neighboring land of our house, facing south, we decided to build three villas, very contemporary and blend in perfectly with their environment.
Each of them has found its place on the side of a gently sloping hill, to enjoy a unique and unobstructed view. Half slope, Lot Villa, overlooking the valley and enjoys a superb view of landscape and castle of Calmont d'Olt on the opposite slope.
We imagined this villa of 125 m2 for everyone to experience the holiday in their own way and comfortable way. It has a heated pool (June-September) of private 3,50mx8m, a private upscale spa, two terraces (50 and 150 m2) equipped with large tables, barbeques and sunbathing. A play area is available for our guests who want to share a drink together or a game of ping pong. For those staying with friends, four bedrooms and three bathrooms organized into two family suites help maintain some independence.
And because we want these holidays can be Labro special moments for everyone, we take care of the household (performed regularly every 2 days) and provide all linens. Each villa is also equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board, oven, microwave, food processor, espresso machine, induction hob, hairdryer in each bathroom ... Cot and high chair are available on request for baby.
We leave you with enough to discover our beautiful region -the Aubrac plateau, its burons and cutlery, Rodez, Soulages museum and its cathedral, the villages of the Valley of the Lot and the vineyards - and a few samples of his gastronomy. But our door remains open and of course we will be happy to exchange and share our favorite addresses.

Villa Lot

Everything was excellent, what more can I say? The property was wonderfully proportioned, well laid out, light, airy spacious and the views were magnificent. The owners were helpful, amenable and wonderfully accommodating when needed. The villa has excellent amenities and we were sorry to leave in all honesty. We’d certainly look to return here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Nous venons de rentrer de vacances familiales qui ont été parfaites, tant par la location, que par la gentillesse des propriétaires .... que par la gastronomie aveyronnaise !!!! les photos sont entièrement conformes à la réalité du lieu, tous les équipements sont "haut de gamme. Villas conformes à l'annonce, tout est neuf et la décoration soignée. Très complète en terme d'équipement, rien ne manque. Les villas sont disposées pour ne pas se gêner mutuellement. Vraiment un séjour agréable. Nous retirons une étoile à cause de la route assez passante au-dessus des gîtes, qui ne s'entend pas une fois dans la maison mais dérange un peu au moment du petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Propriétaires très accueillants mais discrets, présents dès que l'on a besoin d'eux. Nous recommandons.

Magnifique villa

Nous y avons séjourné en famille et tout y est parfait. La villa est très belle avec ses équipements haut de gamme (tout a été bien pensé pour être beau et pratique) ainsi que sa vue splendide. Propreté impeccable (tout neuf). Proches des commerces (commerces de proximités mais aussi des supermarchés) Très pratique. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles, accueillants, très sympathiques. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. C'était génial.
