Large old stone house, recently and completely renovated, modern and warm decoration; located in a quiet and green hamlet, clear and impregnable view on the city of Espalion, the Castle of Calmont and the Monts d'Aubrac; 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 13x4m heated swimming pool, petanque area; the house is located 7 km from the towns of Espalion, Estaing and Bozouls and half an hour from Rodez.

Heaven on earth!

It was our second two week stay at "La Foussie" and it won't be our last one. The communication with Madame B., the owner, was flawless. The reception by the manager, Madame M. was very friendly and she was extremely reactive to all our wishes. The house itself is newly renovated and very spacious, the equipment of the kitchen leaves nothing to desire. The location, high above the Lot rivet valley is simply stunning, like a setting for a storybook dream. The views are breathtaking and the calm is heavenly. The big pool just tops it of.

Très bonne expérience globale, avec une maison bien refaite et très agréable à vivre. grande cuisine fonctionnelle, belle piscine, jardin magnifique. À noter 2 chambres inférieures assez humides avec un mur qui l’est aussi, mériterait une intervention.

Magnifique séjour

Ancienne ferme magnifiquement restaurée, très bien équipée. Grande cuisine salle à manger permettant d'accueillir au large tout notre groupe (10 adultes et adolescents+ 2 enfants en bas âge) Très belle piscine, magnifique vue sur la vallée depuis le grand jardin. Que du bonheur ! Responsable de l'accueil très disponible et sympathique. On aimerait bien revenir!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances dans cette vaste maison magnifiquement restaurée avec beaucoup de gout et dans le souci du détail, tout en gardant son cachet authentique. La cuisine est équipée pour les passionnés de cuisine et pour la convivialité. La piscine est TOP ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du lieu et la beauté du panorama sur les monts d'Aubrac et le chateau-fort de Calmont. A souligner la qualité de l'accueil sur place.

Perfect countryside retreat in beautiful countryside

I am not sure what we can add to the previous reviews. The house is stunning even more impressive in real life . The 3 local towns are very accessible and have everything you need. The garden are pool great very private. Owner and local agent very responsive to any queries before arrival and whilst there- one minor issue was resolved quickly - Will definitely be back - and would highly recommend

Beauté, calme et détente en Aveyron

Très belle maison, beaucoup de charme, très belle décoration, très agréable à vivre, très belle cuisine très bien équipée. Vue magnifique sur la campagne et belle piscine d’eau salée. Communication très facile avec les propriétaires, nous recommandons vivement cette demeure très bien placée entre Rodez, Conques, Estaing, Laguiole et Aubrac.

Propriété magnifique dans un cadre exceptionnel

La Foussie est un havre de paix et l’ancienne ferme rénovée par les propriétaires est un vrai bijoux. La maison a été rénovée avec de l’amour et en respectant le style architectural de l’époque. L’équipement ne laisse rien à désirer et la cuisine est le rêve de tout cordon bleu. La cerise sur le gâteau est sans aucun doute la grande piscine chauffée, à l’eau salée. Nos enfants en ont profité chaque minute. La communication avec les propriétaires était sans faille et l’accueil par la gestionnaire chaleureux et efficace! Se sera sûrement pas notre dernier séjour à La Foussie! Un grand BRAVO à la famille B.

A place to disconnect

This is a well kept property in a remote location which is a perfect place for a small family reunion. The only sounds you will hear are from nature or some distant farms. The grounds of the house allow for great relaxation and the house itself is spacious enough to host a larger group. The kitchen and the house are very well equipped and furnished with taste and style. The pool is large and in excellent condition. The only thing which could further improve an otherwise perfect property is a more powerful Wifi which was stretched to its limits by our three teenagers.

Magnifique havre de quiétude au confort luxueux

Superbe séjour
