Charmant pied à terre pour découvrir l’Aveyron

Les gérants ont été très aimables et réactifs, la maison est ravissante de l’extérieure, et l’emplacement très agréable. Le village est très paisible et permet de rejoindre les lacs et chemins de randonnées facilement. Ce qui nous a un peu gêné c’est le manque de propreté et de confort: les couvres lits et les plaids du salon sentaient vraiment mauvais, la literie n’est pas très confortable, et la cuisine est vétuste.

Bonjour, Nous regrettons ce commentaire qui nous paraît très dur. Pour information, les couvres-lits, les couettes et les oreillers étaient neufs et avaient mis en place la semaine précédente, nous pouvons vous fournir la preuve d'achat. Nous avons pris soin de laver ces couvre-lits le soir même, dès lors que nous avons été informé du problème. Nous n'y avons d'ailleurs pas trouvé d'odeur particulière. Il semble bon de rappeler que la fourniture des draps sont à la charge du locataire, ainsi que la prestation de ménage. Nous avons noté que le ménage n'était pas parfait et les couvre-lits n'avaient pas été de nouveau lavé à la fin de votre séjour, nous n'avons pas émi de remarque particulière. Nous nous sommes déplacé (plus de 20 km) pour vous ouvrir la bouteille de gaz, située sous l'évier, alors qu'il vous avait bien été précisé par téléphone de vérifier ce point, nous n'avons pas fait de remarques non plus. Doit-on remettre en cause le choix d'accueillir vos animaux? Il me semble que vous avez su en profité. Nous ne pourrons jamais être parfait aux yeux de tous, mais nous essayons de faire de notre mieux. Toutefois, veuillez accepter que le gîte ne soit pas neuf, les photos en témoignent, le tarif également...
