Holidays in the countryside, in Aveyron in the heart of Aubrac. Family house and Barn recently renovated, this spacious 320m2 accommodation offers a true nature break.
500 m from the village of St Chély d'Aubrac, house and stone barn, 2 floors with enclosed garden on a property of 7ha. 15 minutes from the ski resorts of Laguiole and Brameloup and in the heart of hiking and mountain biking trails, ideal place to practice outdoor sports during your holidays.
With 5 bedrooms including a family room (4 persons) and 4 bathrooms including 2 en-suite, 6 toilets, 2 large living room (fully equipped kitchens), a games room, an extra room with possible sleeping (sofa bz), you can also enjoy the outdoor areas and admire the beautiful view of the Boralde Valley.
Central heating wood pellets.
We have satellite TV, internet access and WiFi; We also have a large selection of games. The lower ground floor of the house includes the games room.
The cottage is also equipped with a high chair and a bed for very young children.
The terrace is equipped with a gas barbecue, a large dining table with benches for 12/14 guests and a garden and parasols. There are two lawn areas and off road parking for 4 cars or more. We are located in a rural setting, while being close to the village and its services (restaurant, bakery, convenience store, post office, ATM). We are surrounded by beautiful views in all directions and country walks freely accessible just by going outside.
Linen and bed linen provided as well as everyday products.
Tourist tax included.

Lovely house in a beautiful setting

We have just finished a 3 day stay at this property. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The setting was beautiful and the house was within easy walking distance of the village which seemed to have a good range of restaurants and small shops (although most were shut due to Covid restrictions). The owner and her family were very communicative and responsive, especially as we had some power cuts due to such a massive snow fall. We stayed as 6 adults and 6 children and the there was plenty of space for us all to have a comfortable stay. If there are any improvements it would be to have some extra pillows available and that the wifi wasn’t working. But, overall, we would highly recommend this property.

Gîte tout confort au cœur d’Aubrac

Un séjour parfait : un gîte spacieux et très bien équipé. Idéal pour séjourner nombreux sans se gêner. La maison est idéalement placée, au cœur de la nature et le village à pied. Maison charmante, rénovée avec goût et qualité. Très bonne isolation, chauffage très bien réglé, et literie de qualité. Nombreux jeux dans la maison, idéal en cas de mauvais temps. Je recommande et y retournerai avec un grand plaisir !

Gite spacieux

Beau gîte immense pour un groupe de 9 personnes, bien équipé, propreté irréprochable situé au calme dans l'Aubrac et très près de la petite ville de St Chely. Paysage époustouflant de beauté, de très nombreuses balades et randos à faire. La region regorge de châteaux et petits villages à decouvrir. Avons terminé notre semaine par une thalasso à la Chaldette que tout le.monde a apprécié. Les.propriétaires sont très gentils et réactifs. Pour résumer une semaine inoubliable.

Une bâtisse exceptionnelle dans une région magnifique

Les équipements de la maison nous ont permis de nous éclater malgré une météo peu engageante. L accueil était parfait, je recommande cette location pour des retrouvailles en famille où petits et grands pourront passer un merveilleux séjour.

Avec mon groupe d’amis nous avons passé un super week-end dans le gite. Les installations présentes sont parfaites pour passer une agréable moment et les chambres sont toutes très confortables. Maison très bien équipée et nouvellement restaurée. Nous avons pleinement profité du calme environnant, des magnifiques balades en Aubrac grâce aux guides mis à disposition. Semaine de vacances en famille au top Cette superbe maison est un régal pour passer un agréable séjour. Parfait : Pratique/Spacieux/EquipementModerne/Agréable/Authentique/etc....

Contexte : Nous étions 11 personnes (dont 3 couples) entre 24 et 28 ans durant 6 jours pour la fête du nouvel an. Préparation, Accueil & Relations : Les propriétaires sont chaleureux, attentionnés et disponibles. Un simple appel téléphonique a permis de répondre à toutes nos questions ! Nous avons trouvé les lieux d'une propreté impeccable. Tout les équipements sont neufs ou presque et fonctionne très bien si on l'utilise correctement. Il y a des petites notices d'utilisation à côté des appareils. Il y a aussi un classeur/guide qui rassemble toutes les informations utiles/pratiques du gite et des environs. Il est très complet. Pour se rendre sur place il vaut mieux utiliser les coordonnées GPS (44.5885229, 2.9160601) c'est beaucoup mieux. Ça fonctionne avec Waze, Google Maps et Plan au moins. Il y a une très bonne enceinte de 300W (c'est beaucoup) parfaite pour sonoriser très facilement une soirée. Couchages : 4 chambres (avec lit double pour couples plutôt du coup) 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simple En plus des ces 12 places il peut y avoir des couchages plus d'appoint sur des BZ (x2) ou lit de camps (x1) il me semble (à confirmer par téléphone pour plus de détails). Qualité des lits : Nous avons personnellement trouvé les matelas très légèrement plus dure que ce que nous avons et les oreillers moins à l'inverse. Néanmoins ce sont des standard d'hôtelleries donc de très bon couchage quand même ! Photos du gites : Il est difficile de se rendre compte de la taille et de la beauté juste via les photos. Le gite est vraiment très très spacieux et très bien aménagé. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit de rêve.

Superbe gîte pour famille nombreuse

Ce gite est vraiment très confortable et très bien équipé. Il est réellement agencé pour accueillir 14 personnes avec ses 5 chambres + 1 avec un convertible. Les 4 douches disponibles sont très appréciables pour un groupe important. De même que la dimension généreuse de la table à manger et des canapés, sans compter la présence de 2 cuisines, 2 réfrigérateurs, etc... L’accueil par les propriétaires est vraiment très sympathique. Le cadre est superbe et très calme.
