THIS HOME IS IDEAL TO FIND IN FAMILY OR WITH COPAINS; VERY CONVIVIAL AND COMFORTABLE. PIECES ARE VERY SPACIOUS. Stone house with parquet floor.

Located in the hamlet of VINNAC 6 kms from Estaing (one of the most beautiful villages in France) 7.5 km from Espalion and 30 minutes from Rodez.
The hamlet consists of farms, with cows, sheep, chickens and wine producer.
The house is a former presbytery of the 17th century, adjoining a listed chapel. Enclosed garden and terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
Renovated recently the house offers all the comforts (central heating in winter) and beautiful spaces. Total calm, superb view on the Lot valley.
Free parking in front of the house.

Très belle maison située dans une région magnifique. Très bien située car au calme mais proche des commerces et villages. Il y'a tout à disposition pour les grands groupes avec enfants de tous âges (surtout un super baby-foot!). Je recommande vivement!

Ce fut un réel plaisir de pouvoir nous réunir en famille dans cette belle maison dans le hameau de Vinnac /Estaing. La maison est très agréable et rien ne manque. La situation géographique est idéale. Nous avons été accueillis par Marie, une personne adorable. De plus, les propriétaires ont fait preuve de bienveillance en nous appelant pour prendre de nos nouvelles et savoir si nous étions satisfaits... la réponse est OUI !!! Nous recommandons à 100%.

Maison spacieuse, propre, fraîche lors des grosses chaleurs, jardin petit mais très agréable. Accueil chaleureux. Plein de randos à faire aux alentours, baignades dans le lot, Jolis villages... Nous avons passé 15 jours d’excellentes vacances!
