Good Location

I had a wonderful stay at Martine's apartment. It was comfortable and nicely furnished, the kitchen was adequately equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. It's next to the autoroute so there is some traffic noise during the day but the apartment is on the 11th floor so it didn't disturb me. The tram is only a block away so access to the picturesque old town is quite easy. I recommend this property and would gladly stay there again should I return to Grenoble.

Good apartment to visit and work Grenoble

We stayed in Grenoble to work at an exhibition. The apartment was clean and had all facilities for one week job stay. Good location if you go to Alpexpo by car. Very useful the garage for us, as we were by car. You can also go to the center by walking or bus. It was winter, the apartment was warm. In summer it can be noisy for an highway passing nearby, but you are at a high floor.

Pour mon séjour à Grenoble en aout 2023 j’ai trouvé cet appartement qui avait été recommandé par tous les locataires. Cet apart est parfaitement équipé, très propre et insonore grâce a son double vitrage. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la clim durant mon séjour en pleine période de canicule. Je voulais particulièrement remercier la propriétaire pour son excellent accueil et sa gentillesse. Je peux recommander ce superbe logement à 100 %.

Madame CORJON, sait recevoir , avec discrétion, nous avons été reçus avec gentillesse et même de la boisson dans le frigo de quoi faire le cafè et se désaltérer après la route. L,appartement est clair et fonctionnel, nous y sommes comme à la maison avec toutes les commodités, j'y reviendrais avec plaisir sûrement avant la fin de l'année, et je le recommende mais laissez le moi quand même un peu quand je vais revenir à GRENOBLE merci cordialement mme SANBOURG

Impressions trompeuses...

Des prestations conformes au descriptif et de qualité - au très gros bémol près qu'une information primordiale et qui change tout n'est pas donnée par la propriétaire : cette location se trouve en effet à une cinquantaine de mètres et directement au-dessus d'une autoroute avec échangeur. Le bruit est donc permanent et prégnant jour et nuit malgré les doubles vitrages, et cela même avec les volets fermés. Un tel défaut d'information n'est pas non plus acceptable sur le plan du tarif demandé car si ce tarif est correct sur la base de ces premières informations, il devient par contre prohibitif avec la nuisance constatée.

un tres bon et long sejour

joli appartement trés fonctionnel et bien situé, à la confluence de tous moyens de transports routiers comme public . L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hote est irreprochable. l'equipement et la propreté impeccable . les couchages tres confortables. Bref un sejour tres agreable dans cette ville de grenoble que je recommanderai aux vacanciers .
