Traditional house rosewood on the island with mats
Traditional house (80m2) rosewood, 80 meters from a sandy beach.
Sleeping capacity: 2 to 4 people. A master suite with bathroom and a sleeping loft.
The house is autonomous, the water comes from a borehole with water tower (there was also water fountain), electricity (220V) is supplied by solar panels (there is also a generator)
The kitchen is separate and independent for comfort in the living space.
Epiphanes will be your correspondent on the spot and you can do the kitchen (he or his wife), housekeeping, you wish.
Ability to also wash your clothes (the house is equipped with laundry sinks, laundry tubs 2).
Epiphanes will listen to you for any information. Resident in the village nearby, available by telephone, giving you complete independence in the home. Enclosed garden with beautiful vegetation that leaves you in private.
