• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 29 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Spotless and homey condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt at home the minute we stepped in. Not too many rental companies are as good as working with Beverly Serral’s Best Nest. They couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. The cleanliness and amenities were top notch. Having beach chairs and an umbrella already there made life so much easier. We loved the location, the condo,and everything about our trip. Will definitely rent again.

Very clean and convenient to the beach

My family and I spent four nights at this property over Spring Break. The condo was very clean and was great for four people. We had a question when we first arrived and when we texted, were texted back almost immediately and we received a follow up the next morning to ensure that we were taken care of. The condo is about a 8-10 minute stroll to the beach, or a 2-3 minute bike ride. We rented bikes through the recommended vendor and they were there the day we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and we cooked several meals very comfortably. There were a number of small touches that we really appreciated - the soap in the bathrooms, the sponge in the kitchen, and the laundry detergent were all name-brand, not a situation where the owner was trying to be as cheap as possible. The towels and beach towels were all new, and the documentation provided was all very complete and organized. All and all, we had a very positive experience and have nothing but great things to say about the property and the team leasing it.

It was so easy to bike to the beach club, to all of the beaches, and Harbor Town. We felt celebrated and so special by the basket of treats left for our five day stay! Highly recommend!

Great location

Close to the beach club and shops at Sea Pines and right next door to the heron point golf course. The only thing we did not like was the single sink in the master. It made it difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time.
