Great home and very comfortable. Love the big table in the kitchen. The location is perfect and the view from the deck is amazing. The people in the neighborhood and at the beach were all so friendly. Host was very helpful. Great trip and hope to stay again.

Dated home and access to basement was a pain. But overall we had a great trip and enjoyed our time there. The host was very responsive. The view is absolutely the best part of this rental. I would certainly consider coming back for another stay.

Memorial Day Weekend

Had a great stay over the long weekend. Great views from the deck, and the beach was not too far away. Was able to moor the boat on the beach as well!

Plenty of space

Our group really enjoyed the ample space for our group of 11. All the queen bunks downstairs along with the rooms upstairs had everyone sleeping comfortably. Great place!!

This home was perfect for our vacation week. Close to seven bays marina where we would launch our boat in the morning and take out in the late afternoon after spending the day on a secluded beach. We used to beach camp and this was a much more comfortable situation. Every kitchen appliance you can imagine including a Traeger grill. Wonderful view of the lake from the house and huge deck.

When we got there the code did not work for the front door. It took a few hours before the owner got back to us. Fortunately, one of the other doors was unlocked. There were a few electrical issues to be looked at. One of the fixtures in the kitchen was out. Almost all of the other light fixtures needed more bulbs. There is a missing plate on the refrigerator outlet. The dishwasher is not connected to the cabinet and so it fell out whenever we pulled the drawer out. The living room, bathroom, bedrooms and downstairs were good. The downstairs door needs to be replaced because you can't leave the house and have it locked. We ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper, but the caretaker came with more of these. I don't think that they were ready for us, most likely being the first group to rent it this year.Overall, the owner needs to get more of his projects done before he lists it again. The other family in our group stayed at a much newer home and this house is being rented at too high of a price point for it's current condition.

There was lots of room for the whole family. Fully equipped. Fantastic view of the lake and so close to the beach and cove at 7bays. We loved it and will be back.

What a view!!

This is hands down the best place the crew and I have stayed in while working out town. Clean, comfortable and quiet! The home is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The large kitchen table was the center piece for great conversation and enjoying amazing views of the water. Front row and center on the water makes this a quiet and peaceful place to relax and take in all that Seven Bays has to offer. The owners were quick to respond to extending our stay when we needed a few more days. 5 stars all the way across the board! We will be back, thank you!!

Wonderful View!

We had a wonderful week on the lake with our family. The view is exceptional and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Cody is a gracious and accommodating. He responded immediately when we locked ourselves out. Thank you so much!

Roosevelt Hammer July 2021

Cody is a gracious host. We really enjoyed our stay here. Close access to the beach. Large area to spend time with family. The pictures have not been updated recently and the place showed even better then the pictures after Cody completed some house upgrades....pleasant surprise. This house has everything you need to enjoy lake life. I hope to book this house again next year! Thanks Cody!

Hi Amber! We totally agree!! A three bed, two bath is workable for most families but having one more to even that out would definitely ne ideal. It’s on the three year plan so check back often. good location, not a great layout.

The layout is choppy, not well stocked ( no trashcan in basement, no extra trash bags). I certainly would not pack 20 people in that house as listing allows! Place is a little run down, esp the deck. The cleaning fee is rather steep IMO. The fridge was filthy when I arrived. The location was great. I go to Seven Bays a lot. Good communication with caretaker so that was a plus :)

2nd time is the charm

This was our second time staying at the property. We all had a great time and made lots of memories. The traeger grill was a nice upgrade from last year. Everything was clean and comfortable.
