Fully furnished, newly renovated 3 bedroom home within walking distance to Lake Roosevelt's beautiful sandy beaches. Launch your boat in the nearby Seven Bays Marina for a fun day of water sports or enjoy Lake Roosevelt's excellent fishing. We have wifi and plenty of parking for your cars and boat. Relax and BBQ on our large front porch at the end of the day then watch a movie on our Roku TV or choose a game or puzzle from our collection and play on our large kitchen table. Pets welcome.

We are available via messaging or phone to assist you with any questions but otherwise we give our guests privacy to enjoy their stay.

Welcome to the newly renovated, 3 bedroom, Seven Bays Lake Place. This home is within walking distance to Lake Roosevelt's beautiful sandy beaches and the Seven Bays Marina. For a fun day of water sports launch your boat or rent one from the nearby marina. Don't forget your fishing poles to be able to enjoy Lake Roosevelt's excellent fishing. Work or learn remotely using our wi-fi. The house has plenty of parking and can accommodate multiple cars and boats. There is enough space to park in front of the house with your boat with additional parking on the side of the garage. The large front porch and our comfortable patio furniture is perfect for relaxing with your loved ones and watching the wildlife that frequents the area. Use the gas grill for your barbecues conveniently located on the front porch. The fire chat table is perfect for keeping you warm while visiting outside on cooler nights. Log in to your apps from one of the Roku TVs to watch a show or a movie or choose a game or puzzle from our collection and play on our large kitchen table. Well behaved and house-trained pets welcome.

Fishing 2023

This is the third time staying here. Plenty of parking,lots of sleeping space, huge table for eating and playing cards. The TV setup always gives us problems. Always takes about an hour to get it running?

Guys fishing weekend.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed for preparing and making meals, very nice covered front porch with BBQ, propane fireplace table and plenty of comfy seating. The hosts have done a great job with this nice little VRBO. Most of all... it's a great value. We will be back.

About the host

Hosted by Heidi and Ty Fowler

My husband and I moved to Spokane Valley in 2009 where we are raising our 2 children. We love the outdoors and spending time with family and friends at our place in Seven Bays. We have a small poodle mix named Juno we like to take with us on our adventures. Our children love to play on the sandy beaches of Lake Roosevelts Friday Bay and build forts in the winter and swim in the summer. Ty's passion is coaching high school boys basketball and Heidi loves spending time outdoors and enjoying God's beautiful creations.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Seven Bays after searching for a short-term rental on Lake Roosevelt and discovering the area. The first time we visited in 2019 we happened to drive by the place we now own and knew it was the place for us. When we purchased the house we talked about the possibility of using it for short-term rentals when we weren't using it but we weren't sure if and when we would. After almost a full year of renovating, we started renting our place out for short-term rentals in May 2020 and we have been renting it out ever since.
