Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Savannah and 121 W Jones is an excellence location. Overall we find the Parlor nicely decorated and a pleasant atmosphere. There are a few issues that should be addressed and they seem to linger from our previous stays: 1. It is extremely annoying that we are not allowed to enter the parlor by the front door. The explanation we were given is not logical. I was able to find replacement parts for the locks on-line. They are not original. The locks have worked fine in the past. 2. The shower water temperature lacks adjustment. We had to request assistance and the solution was at best temporary. 3. The kitchen facet needs to be replaced; it works on spray only and not well at that. 4. The bathroom sink stopper needs to be repaired - minor repair. Our request for assistance with the shower was promptly addressed on Monday morning. With the above exceptions we had a very nice stay and look forward to staying again.

This rental offers ample space, a super comfy bed, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location is superb - such an easy walk to Forsyth Park and everywhere else in the historic district. I'll continue to stay here whenever I come to Savannah!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the home, the location and the amazing ambience. As professional and successful travelers, this home has great potential to be the best and elegant accommodation in Savannah. Jones Street is considered the one of the most beautiful streets in America. This home must improve its exterior appearance at the front entrance starting with the removal of the horrible bright LED porch lamp bulbs, same with hallway, it looks cheap and holds no class as the other home on the street. The rear entrance area needs the utility box painted over the graffiti. The back entrance patio furniture needs to be removed, it has seen better days. The sunroom off the kitchen needs a high-top table with two chairs or a long bench so it can be utilized for morning coffee. Remove the old metal trash can from the corner of the floor. The front/side outdoor patio needs total cleaning after every guest, and replacement of furniture is also needed, this should not be a storage area. All windows must be cleaned including glass patio doors. Shower head must be replaced with a new one, bathroom towel rack needs to be tighten, bathroom blinds must be replaced with new not velcro-ed together for the damaged blind. The BOSE speaker must be moved to the TV room, serves no purpose in the living room. The sofa needs to be cleaned. All those terrible harsh white LED bulbs in the chandeliers in Dining, Living and Bedroom must be replaced with incandescent bulbs. Return the true ambience and class to this home, please. We truly want to make this home our permanent short-term escape. It is indeed one of the most elegant in Savannah, let's give it the pride and honor it deserves. We are willing to pay the nightly cost and all the fees including Cleaning but all costs must be justified with the highest value for price paid. This property like most nightly rental properties needs a experienced, 4 Star, hospitality educated property manager to actually walk all properties on a weekly basis.

Fit for a Queen
This property gives you the feel of being in Savannah as soon as you walk through the door. Beautifully and tastefully decorated yet cozy, comfortable seating as well. Close enough to walk to all of the Savannah highlights. Management was readily there to answer questions and assist if needed. Five plus STARS. Thank you.
