Historic Savannah Garden Apartment on Jones Street

In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Family stay in Savannah

Charming and comfortable apartment. Great location, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. Unit had everything we needed and we loved the convenience of the washer/dryer.

We loved everything about the place. Spotless clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, great location. We appreciated coffee and sweet snacks left for us. The only regret - we stayed only one night. :)

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a small bachelorette party, and all wanted something cozy in the historic district. We are all avid readers, so walking to all the great bookstores was so easy! We loved the apartment, it was well furnished and all of the beds were so comfy! The kitchen was well appointed and we loved having parking.

Thanks for the good communication. The apartment is very well located. Th parking lot is very useful.The fan in the bathroom and the heater/AC is a bit noisy when on.We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Savannah !

Outstanding location

This is a very charming and comfortable house. We had the Garden apartment with the front porch facing Jones St. Enjoyed watching people walk by with their dogs. Excellent location for walking downtown. No vehicle required. Beds were super comfy. Would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect getaway!

We recently visited Savannah and stayed at this property. It was so wonderful! The amenities were great, and it was a perfect distance to and from historic Savannah. Communication with the host was always prompt. We will finitely be back!

Great place on Jones

We loved this property. It was very spacious but had a very cozy feel. The location is amazing, we didn't get back in our car once over the 3 days. We could walk everywhere. Being at street level was ideal, and the outdoor seating options added to the appeal.

Easy check-in, beautiful neighborhood with everything clise by. Clary's Cafe just down the street. Very cozy and clean. Would recommend papertowels in the kitchen and kleenex. Bathtub could use an update. Overall excellent!

The best was it has private parking in the back!

The location was ok it’s quite a distance to the river! Private front door and back door. I had a situation and management responded not the way I thought they should have.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay in the lovely Garden Apartment! This charming property is very comfortable, roomy and very clean! Everything we needed was supplied. The location is on a beautiful street and is within walking distance to everything. Sightseeing trolleys or the free city bus have a stop about 2-3 blocks away if a ride is preferred. We used the rear parking and didn't have to worry about availability of street parking the few times we ventured out farther in the car. Will definitely make this our home away from home on our next stay in Savannah!

Not as described

While in a good location, the property was lacking. The AC didn't work properly, so we ended up leaving 2 days early. It was so warm and damp in the apartment our clothes always felt wet and there was mildew all over the bathroom. The number to call for help took us to someone very unhelpful the first time, but better on the 2nd try. We were reimbursed for the 2 nights we didnt stay.

Savannah, 310 E. Jones St

We arrived and found parking and entry easy. Our beginning inside the apartment had 2 initial issues: 1) hot water takes a LONG time to get kitchen faucet (which is piped backwards) and bathroom faucet unless tub hot water faucet is run for a period. 2) SAFETY ISSUE: the bath tub floor is “extremely” slippery and hence dangerous. 3) For an apartment that can house 4 people the number of glasses/cups and bowls are not adequate. 4) The tv/electronics need an explanation of use (Jose saved us by demonstrating the system) as we couldn’t get anything to work. 5) The tv in the living room was at times erratic - it would lose all connection sporadically and come back in 20 seconds or I could turn the system power off, wait 15 or so seconds, turn it on and then it would work for the rest of the evening.

Loved this location and the property. This apartment has so much character and the neighbor we met was lovely. Only complaint was that there was no dishwasher - not sure if it was listed in listing or not, but as a family of 5, I love my dishwasher! Would love to return to this location again!

Gorgeous neighborhood!

Cute old place to stay. Can’t beat the neighborhood- quiet, safe and close to lots of activities. REALLY appreciated the parking spot in back!! Savannah parking is tough! Just a couple of wishes - clean and swept by the front door and updating and redoing the bathroom.

Charming digs in great location!

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a vintage building in the historic district. It is decorated in a fresh, contemporary style and the bedding was clean and comfy. It has good WiFi and quality kitchen and laundry amenities. (The bathroom could use an update, but is workable.) We appreciated the guest manual with recommendations editions of things to do during our stay, and the great array of books on the bookshelf just in case.The neighborhood is lovely, and the apartment is within easy walking distance of many cafes, parks, etc. There is a dedicated parking spot in the back, which is nice. We would definitely recommend for those seeking a pleasant vacation.

Great all around place to stay

The place was as advertised. It was clean and very spacious. Jones Street represents Savannah at its finest. Been going to Savannah for 10 years. This was probably the best overall place we've stayed at.
