Top floor apartment in a restored Jones Street brick free standing 3-story home. Stay on the prettiest street in the USA. Tons of natural light. Private laundry. Kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and a dishwasher.
Two king bedrooms, the larger one has an extra alcove room with day bed, and full bathroom off the hallway equally accessible to both. Living room has a love seat pullout for 1 person if needed.
$15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! Additional vehicles will have to park on-street where parking is free around the home.

Historic and charming 3rd floor apt. Well stocked and comfortable for my wife and i. Additionally, within walking distance to explore a beautiful city. Be careful on both front and back steps! Need to fix internet service to ensure seamless service for both TVs and mobile devices
Very clean, the pull out couch was very uncomfortable could feel every spring in the mattress, the tv in the bedroom would not connect and turn on. There was a wasp nest outside the back door and a couple actually got inside the house. The house itself was very clean, the check in and communication was easy! The location was convenient and walkable to river street. Love Savannah and enjoyed our stay!
We had the absolute best time during this stay. The Penthouse was in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Savannah. The host was super friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. The stairs were steep going up to the Penthouse but as long as you use walk slowly they aren’t too bad. We would definitely stay here again.
See my review from September. The stay was just as nice. The dryer worked great this time too. We love this beautiful apartment on this gorgeous street! Fox and Fig around the corner is also delicious.
The pictures are exactly how the property looks. It was clean and in a great spot for our enjoyment. We were able to park and walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend and rent this property again.
It is easy to walk everywhere from this location. Great restaurants close and scenic squares. The climb up the stairs to the 3rd floor was a little work. There could have been curtain in the middle window of the kitchen to help block the sun and they need some small mixing bowls. The dryer did not work, but we were able to use one of the other apartments dryers. Other than that it is a great place to stay

Nice Property
I’ve stayed in many homes and Savannah over the years. This place was clean comfortable and had charm. The private parking space was a big plus and the location is good. The only problem was the steep stairs to access the flat. There is just no easy way to get in and out and it feels dangerous while carrying luggage. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is older, has physical limitations or is afraid of heights.
Here is our feedback on our recent stay at your property. While the location was excellent, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning. Upon our arrival, the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. We anticipated it would cool off, but it never dropped below 75 degrees, even during the night. Considering the current heat wave, this made our stay quite uncomfortable. We brought this to the attention of the property manager, but unfortunately, our concerns were not acknowledged. The contract states that there are no concessions if we do not contact management during our stay. We didn't call during our stay as we expected the temperature to improve on the first day, were out all day on the second day, and checked out on the third day. I believe this matter needs to be addressed to ensure a comfortable experience for future guests.
Great location, 1mile walk to riverfront. The property was great for our family of 6. The back outdoor stairs up to the third floor (where parking space is located) were rather tough to navigate with luggage, but not a deal breaker. We appreciated the host’s special touches of extra paper products, coffee supplies for the first morning, and a few snacks!
The location and architecture of this building transformed us back to the mid 1800's, with the winding staircase, high ceilings and hardwood floors. Some nearby homes even still had the gaslights outside. Centrally located within walking distance to so much, we found restaurants and coffee shops (Mirabelle) and urban deli's delightful. We're definitely coming back to Savannah and this area would be a preference for our stay.
This was a wonderful little place. The location was superb, everything felt like a 5 min walk.

This little penthouse is perfectly located for visiting all of Savannah on foot. Lots of stairs so probably not a good fit for those with mobility issues. Plenty of space, huge comfortable bedrooms. The living room wasn’t the most comfortable space for relaxing so we mostly used the bedrooms. The AC unit looks new but definitely struggled to keep up in the summer heat. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The property itself was just "ok". Kitchen was beautiful and the main bedroom was gorgeous. 2nd bedroom sheets were dirty as well as a couple of the washclothes when we got there.
The 2nd bedroom bed was in poor condition, it sloped on one side and needs replacement. The pull out sofa bed (while they are never great) had springs that stuck up showing through.
The shared back patio was a plus, nothing special but it was nice. However during the day it was swarmed by bees. We ended up contacting property management on our 2nd day. First by text, with no response and then by email. By email we received a prompt response they would havw someone out the next day. Not sure if someone came out but the bees remained through the rest of our stay, so we just avoided the patio unfortunately.
Overall since we were only in town for a few days but if we would have rented longer we would have been more disappointed.
We loved our stay! The positives were the cleanliness, location, and the charm of the house. The drawbacks were the stairs (which we knew about before booking) and the air conditioning. It’s a 3rd story residence that has air conditioning but the unit was not equipped to handle the heat. The temperature stayed around 78. Overall, the stay was excellent and we had a great time.
Property was wonderful the only thing that was a little difficult was all the steps going into the place very steep. Lots of steps but great place and such a beautiful street to stay on.
Súper central to all clean well decorated all was great and we truly enjoyed the layout and all amenities provided, we will come back! Mary ‘em was attentive and super diligent with making sure we worked out our dates and details!
