Highly recommend this spot in Savannah. The location can't be beat. It was a great set-up for my family of 4 and Braxton was very responsive. It got hot while we were there and the AC worked great.

The location of 101 East Gaston was absolutely perfect. We walked to Forsyth Park every morning and got coffee at Collins Quarter while my kids played on the playground. The host was very communicative and responded when there were a few concerns (ie couldn’t get wifi to work and there was a flickering light on the outside of the building). But when I addressed it, Braxton responded quickly and got everything fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend commend this rental for anyone looking to stay in historic Savannah.

We found the condo clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for our stay. The bedrooms could use some darkening aids as there are bright lights out both the front and back bedrooms. The tub drained slowly but assume that will be cared for after reporting it to the property mgr. The host was in constant communication with us.

Braxton was a great host. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were more than adequate. Location was great! We recommend checking out River Street, the Mercer Williams House, and a carriage ride to get the lay of the land and learn some interesting history of the city. River House on River Street was delicious. And Veratina was delicious for brunch. Be sure to get a drink at Pinkie Masters, a fun dive bar.

The location of this unit is fabulous. Walking distance from many restaurants, shopping and historic sites. The beds were comfortable and the living room was perfect for four. Very safe location and right on Forsyth park which made walking a joy in the morning.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable for the three of us. Exactly as advertised. The location was perfect - so pretty and great being right next to the park. Parking was safe and convenient and a definite plus since we drove up for the weekend. However, the condo was so conveniently located to everything that we don’t use our car one because we were able to walk to everything. It was wonderful. Thank you!

We had a great stay! Note that the unit is on the second floor, so in addition to stairs inside, there are stairs to the unit. Perfect location, and the unit was very clean. The only issues (which were not really a big deal): there were no clothing rods to hang clothes in the closet, would have been nice to have an area to set luggage on, and would have been nice to have a full length mirror. I would definitely stay here again notwithstanding. The overall experience was lovely. The host was super responsive!!

Great space and a terrific location! The space was as described- plenty of room for our family. The location is terrific, plus you get your own parking space (not guaranteed in many Savannah rentals). We’ve gone to Savannah each year for the last four years, and I think we’ve found a place we’d all like to stay at again. Highly recommend!
