Peaceful & Beautiful Upper Apt! 2 Private Balconies!

Gorgeous upstairs apartment in a historic building on Hall Street which is one of the prettiest in Savannah's Historic District. You will be one block away from the downtown grocery store and on the same block with a beautiful locally owned bakery coffee shop. Just 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and 1 mile from the River, this is the ideal location for those who want a little less chaos with parking on arrival but all the best of scenery and the amazing walking lifestyle that makes Savannah world famous.

Two bedrooms each with a King size bed. Pullout sofa in the Living Room. One full bathroom plus one half bathroom both off the hallway. Two private balconies. Free public street parking.

Capacity is 4 adults but we sleep two extras under 18.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway.
What to expect when booking: Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. This upstairs apartment is great. It's spacious, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished. The location is excellent, too. It's easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

This property was great for our weekend in Savannah. The location was perfect as it was in walking distance of a lot of shopping, restaurants, etc., and just a short drive to the river. It was extremely clean & updated and was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend booking this place!

Historical Savanah

We stayed at this property for only one night, but it was awesome! Very cool to stay in such an old, kept up and renovated historical house built in the 1800's. Located a short driving distance to the river front shops. Very charming house and neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family!

Gorgeous home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I and two of our friends stayed. A little difficult to get to by GPS bc there are 2 E Hall St. and there are 20 steep steps to get up to the apartment but what a gorgeous home.! Really well upgraded but still has the feel of old Savannah. Would definitely recommend. And it’s cheaper than a hotel room.

Cute, clean and comfortable!

Spent a week with a friend while my son spent a week at SCAD. Mate Bakery was a morning staple and loved the yoga classes at Savannah Yoga. Although we walked everywhere, the better restaurants were about a 25 minute walk, which for our July stay was HOT. But the place was exactly like the pictures, very clean and aesthetically very cute

More Than We Expected

We drove from Miami to Savannah iand our contact, Mary, was quick to respond when asked for recommendations and help. The apartment was substantial, “huge” & well-equipped with high ceilings, large rooms, a bathtub and beautiful floors and windows in the historic district of Savannah. Be sure to eat at the local bakery, Local11ten & have after/dinner drinks and dessert at St. Bibliani.

Thanksgiving

Lovely, spacious and comfortable home for our family of 4 over Thanksgiving break. The nearby grocery store is enormously convenient. We will definitely stay again. The only minor request is a new shower curtain liner that is longer as it was impossible to keep water off the floor and the bath mat smells of mildew as it is perpetually wet. Other than that, well stocked with all the necessities.

This is a wonderful property. Plenty of room and especially the closet space. Very clean. Both decks are very spacious and wonderful to sit out in morning or evening. Kitchen is spacious and well appointed. Just a few blocks from Forsythe Park and the trolley stop which makes getting around very easy. Check in and check out are made very smooth and easy with the communication screen in the hall way. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location and comfort abound

We so enjoyed our stay at 413 E Hall! The description of the home was spot on and so clean and inviting. The bakery had lovely selections of goodies and started our day out on a good foot. We were close enough to town to walk everywhere as nothing was too far or complicated. The beds were very comfortable - the decor in the house is very attractive. So enjoyed the cool breeze coming through the kitchen from the front deck and the cozy out of the way back nook. I know the trains are hard to ignore, but that was kinda fun. Overall, great experience! My lifelong friends gave me accolades for finding this gem --- we loved our time in Savannah. Many thanks, Pam
