Great location in the city. LOUD - can clearly hear neighbors and outside had noise all day and night. Bunk beds are wiggly/stable but movement that 9 YO opted for couch pull out (very uncomfortable for an adult but kid did fine!). Decor/linens were great! Master bedroom was large/bed was comfortable (but also noisy). Lots of restaurants/attractions/river in walking distance. Parking garage 3 blocks away.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to River Street and plenty of restaurants. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our trip. The only drawback was that the parking lot in the alleyway had people gathering on two out of the three nights we stayed, which made it a bit noisy. Thankfully, earplugs were provided and helped.

Great condo for all things to do Savannah

Perfect location for a long weekend to explore all things Savannah. Wish we could have checked in early; however local office kept our bags secure until we were notified Checkin was available. Would absolutely recommend this lovely condo and would stay again.

If bringing car, there are several parking garages that are an easy walk and you can use side alley to drop off/pick up luggage. I thought the view would be a little nicer, but other than that perfect stay and would defeniitly book again. Lucky Savannah great rental company. And excellent communication

Fabulous Stay in the Heart of Historic Downtown

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious, well-appointed apartment in the heart of the action in Savannah. Everything we wanted to see, eat and drink was within easy walking distance and the free DOT shuttle stop was conveniently across the street. The bedroom was fantastic! Dark and cool- perfect for a rejuvenating sleep after a long day of walking around town. Would definitely recommend!

Public parking is just down the street and is half the price of any hotel parking you would have to pay for. Nice apartment with a few drawbacks

We feel so conflicted in leaving this review. We really liked the apartment, it was spacious and comfortable. The location is very central to old town Savannah and super convenient in that regard. We had good communication from the host and check in and check out were uncomplicated. We wish we could fully recommend this as a place to stay, but there are a few things you should know before you choose to stay here. 1. Noise. Our neighbor next door (shared wall with bedroom) had a bunch of children that made noise all day and night. Screaming, crying, playing, running, jumping, yelling. Everything you can imagine from small children. To be fair, we don't know if they were residents or guests as well, but the possibility of noise from next door is a real thing. Also noise from the street on weekends could also be an issue as there is a night club right below and next to the main street. 2. Accessibility. The apartment is on the third floor and the elevator does work. It's a long hike up if you have any challenges with stairs or heavy luggage. Also the lobby is not an appealing welcome with abandoned furniture and tools and equipment. Not the greatest smell in the lobby/hallway either. You will have to see past that to enjoy the apartment. 3. No natural light in the bedroom. May or may not be a care, but you should know that there is no window in the bedroom, so with the door closed there is no natural light. 4. No basics in the kitchen like coffee, teabags, bottled water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described and was great for the 2 of us. It was clean and close to retail, food and entertainment options. The only issues were that the unit is on the third floor and the elevator was not working. Not a big problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, it is something you should consider. The other issue was the unit is around resturants and bars, so it can get a little noisy. It is less noticeable in the bedroom, so sleeping shouldn't be a problem. Over-all this is a great place to stay in Savannah if you want to be close to everything in the historic district and it is large enough to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
