Two Story Row Home with Exposed Brick and Courtyard by Lucky Savannah

Just two blocks from Forsyth Park, our city’s largest green space, and two blocks from Whitefield Square, one of the most popular squares for weddings, is Habersham House. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this townhouse is has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay!

This fully renovated home has plenty of historic charm, including exposed brick, a beautiful staircase, and hardwood floors. The open floor plan allows the living room to flow into the beautiful dining room and out into your private courtyard. You’ll find plenty of comfortable seating and a centrally located flat screen TV for easy viewing. A half-bath is tucked away under the staircase for convenience. The kitchen is small but functional, and allows for a view of the courtyard so you’ll never miss a moment with your loved ones! Upstairs are both bedrooms, a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and separate laundry room. The first bedroom has a King bed, a large TV, and lots of space to stretch out. Down the hallway is the second bedroom, which has two twin beds perfect for kids or friends.

You’ll be just down the street from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook! Take a stroll to Maté Factor Cafe and discover organic coffee, maté teas, housemade muffins, danishes and even fruit-stuffed.

Beautiful property! I only wish the trash instructions were clearer. For those of you staying at the Habersham House, turn right coming out of the front door and the trash can alley is a few houses down. I made the mistake of turning left because the directions only gave an intersection and ended up dragging the trash bags around the whole block. I called the office but all they told me was the name of the streets it was between- they did not know where to go either which was frustrating.

Charming and perfectly located

My siblings and I spent five days here with our 85 year old mom. She had never been to Savannah. We lucked out with fantastic weather the whole time. Our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the back patio. We all highly recommend it. One small caveat if you are a senior or have issues walking- the stairs to the upper level are very steep. It’s a tall old house and most are like that.

It's more geared to a small bachelorette party instead of a family with kids, because of the explicit coasters and art (wish a few things had been hidden).I would have loved to have had: anything other than the floor to rest my phone/apple watch on beside the bed, an extra lock on the front door to make sure no one could come in (since people walk right by the door), a mirror in the master bedroom, and TVs in the bedrooms (TV was in the closet not set up).I would definitely stay in a Lucky Savannah property again!

Glamorous Townhouse in great location

The beds were firm with plenty of blankets, a mirror in the master bedroom would be good, as would a grab bar or non-slip strips in the tub/shower. The living room seating was more than adequate - newly redecorated (with lots of velvet and glitz). Kitchen is small but workable. The patio was disappointing - it needs a good sweeping/raking and the dead plants need replacing. Not very pleasant to sit in. The location is perfect, close to the free trolley, coffee shop , grocery and liquor shop. Neighborhood is pretty and felt very safe. All in all a very nice stay.

Maybe another 10 min down to the river front. It is also a 3 min walk to a grocery store to stock up the lovely little kitchen. The house was clean and the lay out was comfortable. We will definitely be staying with Lucky Savannah again as the app used for communication was great and so easy to use. Also, if you need a mobility scooter Mobility Bob is a company that was able to deliver one to the house for my mother and he was wonderful.

Christmas in Savannah

We chose this row home because of it's location around the corner from our daughter's apartment. AND, we chose this row home because it seemed to be a delightful setting for our Christmas in Savannah. It's in the wonderful old historic district. The home was very comfortable, clean, efficient - a pleasant place to stay between our several activities visiting the many places of interest, and restaurants in Savannah. Also, it was very easy to use the home thru the cellphone ap that provides all the instruction necessary, including how to find and gain entrance to the home.

Charming Town Home in Victorian District

The kitchen is small as is the private patio, but both were just fine for a short stay. The location is good, near Forsythe Park. Though this is a good jaunt from Bay St. and the riverfront, the free DOT bus stop and tour bus stops were only a couple of blocks away. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and pretty clean. The TV is limited and there was no DVD player. Parking was no problem through the weekend - we were always able to find a non-metered parking spot near the home. The neighborhood was quiet so no disturbances at night. Beds were OK, but not great.

We travel to Savannah almost every year but usually we stay in a hotel with our children because of the amenities. With Covid, we thought it would be safest to stay in a home. We did a quick once over clean and we were able to relax. Parking was never an issue. I would suggest that you drive to River Street if you have younger children- it is a long walk. The gate in the backyard does not work so that was the only concerning issue. Very limited TV watching options but we stayed busy and used Netflix when we did spend a night in. Overall it was a good experience and perfect for our family of 4.

The boys liked their second floor room. The primary was spacious and the bed was perfect. The kitchen is a bit small but we made lunches and dinners without issues. We walked almost the entire week. Dolphin experience and Ghost walk were both great. We ate out on several days and didn’t have any trouble getting a table even without a reservation.

Girls long wkd away.

We are 4 adult women who thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this location, and this house. It was very convenient for walking to grocery store, liquor store and all of the historic district. The restaurants close by were all very good. The only issue was a slight communication gap when we wanted to extend our check-out. I would recommend this beautiful home.

The townhouse is centrally located, making it easy to walk to River Street or to the Starland District. It’s also just a very short walk (2 blocks) to Forsyth Park. We really like the large dedicated dining space. There is comfortable seating in the living area. The kitchen is a bit smaller than the pictures show, but it’s still quite workable. Our stay was so very pleasant. We’ll definitely return to this property by Lucky Savannah!

Best of the Best

Travel often and usually stay in VRBO properties. This one is among the very best of the best. Location couldn’t be better - within few walkable blocks to Yellow Deli, Hop on Hop off trolley, Forsyth Park, many squares, and Kroger. And of course the home - well stocked, hip decor, very nicely furnished, comfortable bed. Finding street parking no problem. Definitely one to book.
