From July 2023 until approximately July 2024, the Sand Dollar is going under exterior renovations. The unit is available and damage-free, and the pool and hot tub are open!. Due to renovations balconies are closed. There is access to the beach and lower deck p the grill area. Noise may be loud during the day from 8:30 to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri.
During renovations, only ONE , space will be provided per unit. The parking garage has a 7’ clearance. Take advantage of our special rates during renovations. All current pricing reflects the impact of exterior renovations.

You will enjoy watching the sunrises and moon rising over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony.

The Master bedroom has a king-size, bed with a full-size dresser, 2 nightstands, master bath with a walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom has a full-size bed, a full-size dresser, guest bath with a walk-in shower. The living room includes a new queen pull-out sleeper sofa, as well. For the infants to be able to sleep, we have a playpen crib.

We have the convenience of a workstation with a 27-inch LCD monitor and a keyboard, for those looking to work.

The laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full-size washer and dryer and there is great storage space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-top stove, full-size microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, dishes, glassware, and all the utensils you will need. Enjoy your meal in the dining room that seats 4 people comfortably or at the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. We also have an infant high chair.

All linens and towels are provided. There is also an ironing board and iron.

You just have to walk a few steps down to the beach, where you can go for a swim, catch some waves on your surfboard, or soak up some luminous rays with the sand between your toes.
