STARTER SUPPLIES: A complimentary starter kit is provided, which includes a few of each of the following: ~ Trash bags ~ Laundry pods ~ Dish detergent pods ~ Toilet paper rolls ~ 1 paper towel roll Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One in the garage and one on the outdoor top deck (parking on the top deck is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

Very nice property - you can get the sun all day. Nice places to eat were not far away. Nice area to walk both on or off the beach. Property manager was quick to respond to questions.
It was a beautiful condo, beach was great and not to crowded. The only downdall was no pool or beach access from the condo.

The listing stated the room slept 8 and included a rollaway bed, which was the main reason I booked it. However, the space was very small for 6 adults, and no extra bed was available upon arrival. I had to contact Lucas, who brought one the next day, but was argumentative.Only 2 key fobs were provided for 6 adults, which made access to the building very inconvenient.The place was not hotel clean, seemed like a quick brush through. Bed linens were old and pilled. The pillows in the closet were stained and who knows if the extra bedding in closets were clean. We did not have extra time to do all their laundry before our stay. Lot of junk in the closets. The bed cover underneath the sheets was ripped up and very uncomfortable.The hot tub was broken for our entire stay, despite being told a part would arrive the next day. This was disappointing, as we were looking forward to using it.The pool was also advertised as heated but was cold. The pool area lacked seating—chairs were taken all day by towels, leaving us with nowhere to sit. Pool area is covered by shade by 2pm, No Sun. Check out on VRBO was listed at 11am, but they wanted us out by 10am. The washer and dryer do not work right. The dryer door is broken and wouldn't close. The washer took hours to do one load of laundry.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe several points in this review misrepresent both the property and our handling of the concerns raised during the stay.
The listing clearly states that a rollaway bed is available upon request. No request was made prior to arrival. Once notified after check-in, we arranged to have a rollaway bed delivered as quickly as possible.
The listing also clearly discloses that only two building access fobs are provided. This information has been available to all guests prior to booking.
Regarding cleanliness, the unit is professionally cleaned before every arrival. The closets contain beach equipment, spare linens, pillows, and blankets for guest use, not "junk." Had any concerns about bedding been reported during the stay, we would have addressed them immediately. The one set of sheets that may have been showing wear has since been replaced.
The hot tub issue was beyond our control and was being actively addressed by the condominium association and their pool contractor during your stay. While we understand the disappointment, this was a building-wide amenity issue, not a unit-specific problem. The issue has since been resolved.
The pool heating system is controlled by the association and operates according to building standards. Likewise, the pool deck seating is shared by all owners and guests. In more than four years of managing this property and several others in the building, we have never received a complaint regarding insufficient seating.
The listing, property description, and check-in instructions all state a 10:00 a.m. checkout time. Likewise, the listing has always disclosed the number of access fobs provided.
Finally, the washer and dryer are used by our cleaning staff between every guest stay and were functioning before and after this reservation. Nevertheless, we inspected them following your departure.
We strive to resolve legitimate concerns whenever they arise. In this case, we responded to requests during the stay, provided the requested rollaway bed, communicated regarding the building amenity issue, and remained available throughout the reservation. We encourage future guests to review the listing details carefully, as many of the concerns raised here involve information that was disclosed prior to booking.
We really enjoyed our week in S. Daytona. Our family usually stays in NSB but we decided to change it up a bit. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The property manager was attentive and answered any questions we had about our stay. The ocean view was nice, as well. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.
We had a great time at this spacious, bright, modern condo. It’s equipped with all necessities you need for a stay. The beds were a bit squeaky though. But most important - beachfront location. So everyone was able to enjoy beach whenever one wanted.
All i have to say is we were all beyond satisfied with the condo, location, and the private garage under the building to keep our bikes safe. Couldnt have asked for more. Exactly 5 miles from maine st so just outside of all the entertainment but we found a great place called yaya's. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I gave my honest review because of the situation I went through , could have been better if we just communicated and resolved our differences early on. The place list sleeps 8 when I booked but that’s wasn’t actually the Case , in did sleep 8 in the end but was difficult getting that point across very simple problems became and difficult situation. I don’t think the host was understanding my point and jump to conclusions about me wanting a refund if I didn’t get what was signed up for and took it was I was trying to bail on the trip that I had booked completely wasn’t the case . But going back in fourth with host my me very anchos and thought I was going have a bad experience. Which in end was not but the thought of it going wrong weighed on me and my family first days passing . The actual house was decent not spotlist have a lot of extra stuff all through out was lil crowded so that’s was kinda annoying but manageable and something’s was broken so when you get there be sure to check with host because I didn’t and kinda took pictures and sent to host afterwards bc I didn’t go room by room expecting things but host from my point of view now 2 weeks later did not try to blame me for things that was previously broken. I can get into more negative about place but it was only petty things that was wrong and I think the host is actually a decent person did not bother us throughout our stay but I think communication would turn this from a 2.5/5 to 5/5 with lil work and effort
Beautiful views sunrise and sunset, steps from the beach, good dining would definitely stay again. There was 6 in our party but unit could easily sleep 6 adults and a few kids.
We enjoyed staying at this property. We had all needed information prior to the stay. The property manager, Lucas, was quick to answer any questions we had. Joey, our check in agent, gave us all the property information and even tips for great food in the area. We loved the recommendations he made for us.
The property was just as described. It was beautiful and perfect for our family stay. We loved the location as well. We will definitely look into staying in this resort on our next family beach vacation!
This is a beautiful condo! The building appears fairly new and well-maintained. The location is convenient but not too close to all the touristy parts of Daytona. The unit itself is beautifully furnished/decorated and most importantly - clean. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals; including plenty of utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, teapot, crockpot and a blender. The kitchen was also well-stocked with cleaning supplies, there were plenty of hand/bath towels for our stay and even a variety of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, soft cooler, beach towels). I think the only items we purchased for use during our stay, besides food, was paper towels and TP. We did have an opportunity to use the facilities in the condo (gym, pool, lounge), but we did spend some time on the beach and absolutely loved the patio overlooking the ocean. I enjoyed my morning coffee every day on that patio watching the sunrise! I was a bit confused by the need to have to meet someone in-person to check-in, but once we received the tour I completely understood. That building is a maze and you can easily get lost if you get on the wrong elevator or exit on the wrong floor. And the rep that met us, Jennifer, was very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, this one is definitely one of my top 5 favorites.
