Pelican Beach Resort 308 features stunning Gulf Front Views from your private 3rd floor balcony. This beautifully decorated 1BR/2BA condo comfortably sleeps 6 and offers a fabulous kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. A set of twin bunk beds is situated in a niche located in the hallway, positioned just next to the unit’s second full bath for easy access. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

**A building-wide floor resurfacing project will begin in early October 2023 and conclude in late January 2024. Occupants of Pelican Beach Resort may hear grinding during the work hours from 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm daily Monday through Friday, with a possibility of some Saturdays.

The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Pelican Beach Resort is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!
