Situated near the White Mountain National Forest, you are just minutes away from … Story Land, The Conway Scenic Railroad , Settlers' Green Outlet Village, Kancamangus Scenic Highway, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana’s Baths, Saco River, Hale's Location Golf Course, Mount Washington Observatory, Jackson, Cranmore Mountain Resort, Wildcat and Attitash Mountain Resort.
Just a short drive away there are many other attractions, the Polar Caves, Santa’s Village, Clarks Trading Post, Bretton Woods, and the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Other popular activities include snowboarding, tubing, sleigh rides, golf courses, fly-fishing, kayaking and so much more!!

The condo has cable T.V.’s on all three levels and is equipped with Wi-Fi for your use. Use the Roku there or bring your Fire Stick to sign into your favorite accounts to avoid extra charges.

There is AC on all levels with new Mitsubishi units for the warmer months. In the winter these units also provide an efficient heat along with Rinnai heaters on the main and lower levels. Cuddle up to a warm fire in the fireplace on the main level.

A private master suite offers a queen size bed with a slider to small balcony, full bath w/ skylight and a quiet reading spot separate from the bedroom w/ skylight. This level is also partially open to overlook the living space below.

The main level hosts a spacious living area with lofted ceilings, a slider and skylight to fill the room with sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware and utensils, a new range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and small appliances so you can cook a great meal. Enjoy dinner at the large dining table or on the deck which also has an electric grill, table, chairs, and umbrella.

The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed and two twins (bunks or a daybed with a trundle), second living area and a full bathroom, which provide a washer and dryer.

Just adjacent from the unit is the pool and tennis court. In the back part of the property you can explore trails to the river. In the winter get a pass and cross country ski. Bring your own equipment or just up the road you can rent some. (Mt Washington Valley Ski Touring & Snowshoe Center)
Park right at the door in the two spaces allocated for the unit.


Owner will supply pillows, comforters and blankets. There is a fee for linens for beds and bath.

Renters provide their own soaps,shampoo and paper products.

The cleaning fee also reflects a minimal charge to cover added cost to clean per COVID 19 requirements.

A Security/Damage Deposit of… $250.00 will be held until property is checked for any damage and until owner can verify no outstanding charges..(i.e.: pay per view, on demand, phone charges, lost keys etc.)

Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival date. After that, a 50% refund will be in effect if cancelled prior to 14 days to arrival date.
Direct contact must be made verbally to owner to request a cancellation.

As noted at checkout, we are required to collect a 9% occupancy tax and remit to the State of New Hampshire (NH Meals & Rentals Tax # 064063)
