Looking to enjoy the beauty of the mountains? You'll feel a million miles away from home, yet you will have easy access to all of North Conway's shopping and activities. Ideal for up to 6 adults or 2 small families (4 adults and up to 4 children). Pets will be considered (but must be pre-approved).
Summer features include outdoor gas grill and new for 2023 mini-split AC systems in each of the three bedrooms! Summer activities include visits to Storyland, hiking, swimming, golf, miniature golf, tubing, and canoeing. Walk to the beach at Pequawket Pond, which is a quiet, non-motorized pond great for even young swimmers. The pond also offers great fishing (NH state fishing license required)! Kick back in your adirondock chairs on the deck and enjoy this quiet vacation spot.
Winter features include wood stove and bonus loft area. Enjoy winter activities such as alpine skiing at a variety of nearby resorts - Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat, and King Pine, ice skating, sleigh rides, sledding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling to name just a few.

My brother Mickey and I purchased this home so that we would be able to have a place to stay that was convenient to the ski mountains! We also love the fact that there is a pond to go swimming at during the summer. My husband and I (along with our 3 tween kids) love visiting when our hectic schedule allows the time.
Why they chose this property
Our family used to spend a lot of time up in the North Conway area, skiing in the winters and swimming in the summers. This house gives us the opportunity to do both!
What makes this property unique
We cater to families who are seeking an affordable place to unwind and connect. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable home away from home. Our home is located in a residential area and we ask all renters to be respectful towards our neighbors and friends in the area. We share our home with guests to help offset some of the many costs of vacation home ownership. We are working professionals with children of our own and ask our guests to understand that. We are not a luxury resort - but we can "almost" guarantee you will make some memories, share some laughs, and enjoy staying with us.
