Conveniently located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Minutes to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, and down town North Conway, with shopping, many restaurants, skiing, sightseeing, and much more..

The home is situated in a quiet family neighborhood just off of West Side Road. The home features rustic knotty pine interior, plenty of space for entertaining and has many updates. The main level features a full kitchen, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and a large living room good for entertaining more than one family. Upon entering the home you will see the newly carpeted stair case which leads to the second floor with 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath. The two bedrooms upstairs are across the hall from one another, one of which has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen and 4 twin beds. (bed linens and towel are not included with this listing)

Off the living room is a screened in porch giving you plenty of room to take in the fresh air and enjoy some time with your guests.

My husband and I (and our dogs) really enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was! The house was cozy and instructions were easy to follow and understand! The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. There was plenty of optikns for takeout and we got to enjoy some hikes too! We even saw a black bear our first morning!Great spot for a mini getaway!

Love it here!

We've stayed at this property several times and there is a reason we keep coming back. It's just as advertised as cozy and comfortable. Always clean and great communication with owner if needed. We will be staying again when we return to North Conway. If you want a cottage you can feel at home with this is the place.

The house was way more updated, clean, and spacious than the pictures show! We practically lived on the back screened in porch! It was quiet easy to get the the Main Street but far enough away to not be in traffic! I would love to rent this again

Easy commute to North Conway

Excellent location, quiet but close enough to everything (10 minute drive). Driveway was plowed, shovels and salt left for stairs. Good size place we would stay again.
