Clear communication and check in/out instructions from our hosts. Beautiful property, tucked away but close enough to anything you might need! Perfect layout for our family trip and the toddler bed was a huge bonus for our little one!

This was our second stay and as wirh our first stay every room was clean and the house overall is very well maintained. Quiet morning coffee on the deck to plan our day was something to look forward to. The location is secluded and quiet yet central to hiking, exploring, shops and dining. We definitely enjoyed this retreat from our busy lives and will be back again.

Family trip to the white mountains

House was well equipped for a young family, with baby gates for the stairs, a generous amount of space in the common areas and a close proximity to the family locations such as story land.

Great Family Stay

We had a group of 12, including some younger children. We had a great stay and enjoyed the house. The check in and out were really easy and the owner was responsive when we reached out. It has a great view of the mountains and is close to North Conway center. They fill any possible need in the kitchen, as it is more than fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.

Great stay

The house exceeded my expectations! We had an extended family vacation with ages ranging from 1-63. I was nervous on how it would go, but the house couldn't have been better! My only gripe was the last people to use the grill didn't clean it after they were done and it was a mess to clean up. I would without a doubt not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice stay

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and this house was perfect for our group. The location is great, not far from everything but in a quiet spot. The house was really clean. (minus the grill....my dad cleaned the grill for awhile before we used it so hopefully people who stay after us will enjoy that and keep it going!) The big mudroom is perfect to keep coats and shoes and coolers out of the way. The loft space was nice to have for the kids to play and have their toys out of the way. The central air was wonderful - hard to find that in rentals. The owner was very helpful with a couple of things that came up. I just wish the trash/recycling situation was a little better. Could benefit from another barrel in the basement I think. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house.

Enjoyed our time!

The location was perfect and house met all of our needs! It was east to communicate with the owners and everything that was promised in the listing was there. The few things I would changes are; (1) I wish there were some way to recycle paper, plastic and aluminum products. (2) I wish there were a few glass wine glasses on site (there were only plastic ones) (3) there is a discrepancy between check out procedures received in the email and those posted on the fridge at the house itself. Nothing major but one said to strip beds and others said not to, for example, so not sure which were the correct instructions to follow. (4) there was a few items left in the refrigerator, pantry and some trash in the bedrooms that presumably belonged to the previous renters. Would have been nice to have had that gone, since the instruction was not to leave food/items behind. Overall though, we would stay there again! Thank You!

The house was beautiful, just as advertised. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with all kids of cookware. There was a small grocery store just minutes away. The privacy if the property was great too as we were able to enjoy dinner on the deck and feel like there was no one else for miles. This was the perfect setup for our family. And the hosts left sich great instructions we didnt have any questions at all.

This home and property were beautiful. The space was perfect for our three families with children. The space felt very clean - from the linens to the carpet. Unfortunately, I did have to contact the owner during our stay to report a few concerns. We noticed a terrible smell in the mudroom which never really dissipated. The inside of the home smelled musty, this seemed to improve slightly as some fresh air made it into the house with our comings and goings. We also noticed a lot of animal droppings on the porch by the screen door (squirrel perhaps). One family complained that the bedroom to the left at the top of the stairs smelled awful. Finally, the upstairs shower was very slow to drain and had a foul smell as well. The owners were very quick to respond to our messages via VRBO and reported they would send someone to check on these concerns. After this, though, we didn’t hear anything further and none of the concerns seemed to be addressed during our stay. Hopefully these things are sorted for the next guests because the house is a fantastic find and fits a large group (we had 10: 6 adults and 4 children) quite comfortably. I appreciated the communication from the owner but unfortunately we won't be staying here again.

Wonderful winter getaway

The Jericho house exceeded our expectations, and our two families enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house had plenty of space for our group to spread out and was also fully equipped with everything one would need while on vacation. The owners were great and quick to answer any questions we may have had. We definitely plan on staying here again.
