Enjoy all that Mt. Washington valley has to offer in an luxurious updated townhouse just steps away from the East Branch of the Saco River and a cross-country ski trail. Conveniently located between North Conway, Bartlett and Jackson, 10 to 20 minutes from most major ski resorts (Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black Mountain, etc…), hiking trails, Saco river, Echo Lake, Settler shopping outlets and Storyland.

Enjoy the onsite outdoor pool and tennis courts included during the hot summer months. Stay cool in the summer months with a brand new split system A/C and cozy up in the winter with a propane heated fire place.

The unit has 3 bedrooms. Two with queen-bed, and one room with 2 bunk beds and a trundle. The new couch also offers a queen memory foam sleeper. New full bathroom and half bath. We have WIFI, Netflix, Hulu & Disney Plus. Enjoy all the amenities of home with a full size kitchen, new appliances, washer dryer, TV in the main room and bunk room. You can also enjoy grilling on the attached porch or enjoy rosting marshmellows in the fire pit.

Nicer size for 4 adults. One of the main bedrooms was tight but when there is so much to do in the main living area with games and seating plus everything to do in the surrounding towns, well we went to sleep quick on the comfy bed and were refreshed in the morning for another day of adventure. The kitchen has everything thing you need. Heat and air conditioning work great too.

Lovely space and great location

We really enjoyed this home and it was a great location for skiing Wildcat and cranmore. Kitchen was well equipped and the sitting room and beds comfy.

Perfect location

We just spent Columbus Day weekend at this property, and really enjoyed it. Clean, quiet, and comfortable condo. It was a great location, as we bounced between hiking in Crawford north, dinner and theater in downtown North Conway, and a trip over to fryeburg to take in the Fryeburg fair. This condo was in the heart of all our activity. We would happily rent this property again on future trips, and would recommend to others.

Great place and Great Location

Perfect place to stay for our ski trip! We had two families of Four and the house was perfect. Especially the Bunk Room for the kids! Grill on the deck for winter cooking and a great fire pit out back ! Cozy and comfortable and a short drive to town and also multiple ski areas. Kristin was VERY quick at responding to any questions. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Weekend stay

Great location, clean, quiet, well equipped 3 bedroom place that was tastefully furnished and had all we needed for our XC ski trip. All cooking appliances worked well, including gas grill. Never did find the XC trail that is said to be close to the property, the gas fireplace didn’t work even after owner sent us operation instructions (it was below zero temps so that could be it). Upstairs living room was plenty warm, but in the master bedroom the mini split blows in cold air but that is fine as there were ample blankets in the house. House manual would be helpful but enough info about check out was provided. No soap or shampoo provided, and it was single ply toilet paper, but these are minor points and overall it was a really nice place to stay and owner was responsive to communication.

Nice clean place, poor communication

This was my first experience booking with vrbo, and I was impressed when I messaged the host with a question a few days before the stay that she answered right away and said she’d message me the door code the night before check in. The confirmation email did not include the check in code, or the hosts phone number, or wifi password. When I arrived at the property, I realized the host never sent me the code. There wasn’t enough signal to make a call, and I didn’t have the wifi password, so had to drive back to North Conway to message vrbo and call vrbo. They gave me the hosts number, she did not answer my three calls or text message. Two people from vrbo called her, no answer. After an hour of panic and thinking I’d have to find alternate accommodations for 7 people at 5pm, she finally answered the vrbo person, who brought her into a 3 way call. She chuckled, apologized, gave me the code, and immediately hung up. She never did reply to my text message. I asked about a partial refund after check out, which she ignored. I contacted vrbo 3 separate times and they would not give me a clear answer on how long is acceptable to wait for a response from the host. After a couple days, she issued a $50 refund and wished me a happy weekend. Not impressed with the whole process, especially since the same phone number she never would answer me from is the one listed inside the property to call if anything comes up during the stay. Property was otherwise clean and nice but I won’t be back.

Our family came up for a quick visit to Storyland. We have 2 kids and brought our parents to enjoy some family time. The space was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was great being only a few minutes from Storyland and downtown North Conway. My kids favorite part was taking a morning walk to the River and train bridge within the condo complex. Overall great place to stay any time of the year. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.

This condo is a split level, which means the bedrooms are downstairs and partially underground. Unfortunately, the bedrooms all had a musty smell and kicked up allergies for everyone in my family. The couch needs updating (saggy & uncomfortable). Otherwise, the condo was nice. It was well equipped and clean. The location was great too.

The place was very cozy and well equipped. Having a pool in the complex was nice, and the outdoor space was lovely. The location was great also, only 5 minutes from StoryLand, the aquarium and 15 from Outlets.

Enjoyable visit to New England

Perfect for our family

Our family stayed here for a ski weekend (3 kids - Ages 9, 7 & 5). The family room is very comfortable with seating for the whole family. The beds are comfortable and the bunk beds were great for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. Just a cozy place to stay for a winter weekend. The location was exactly what we were targeting; halfway between Attitash and the center of town. Great value. Home was ready to go when we arrived; warm, clean, sheets/blankets on bed, towels readily available, wifi, TV options, etc. Arrive & relax. If/when we head back to North Conway, this will be our first choice for a place to stay.

Story Land Visit

Had a great stay at the condo during our recent visit to North Conway. Condo was close to Story Land and other activities. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and the pool. A great spot for a family trip.
