With breathtaking views from the livingroom AND master, our 3 bedroom mountain view home is located in Bartlett and is the perfect home base for all your winter destinations including North Conway, named the No.1 Best Ski Town in America by USA Today, Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat Ski Resorts & restaurants. If those top-rated ski resorts aren’t enough for you, the world-famous Bretton Woods is less than 40 minutes away!

Nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains, this beautiful all-season 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the picture-perfect Mount Washington vacation home for the whole family.

The first thing you'll notice is the beautifully stocked kitchen. A separate dining area adjoins the kitchen and a very sunny, bright living room overlooks the breathtaking view of Cathedral Ledge. Enjoy some hot chocolate and get toasty by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. With three comfortable bedrooms and cozy bedding, two full baths and plenty of towels and linens, there is enough room for everyone!

Besides world-class skiing, this area is filled with endless attractions, activities and events for the whole family - including Storyland, Santa's Village, Polar Express, Jingle Bell Chocolate Tours, Journey to the North Pole, Moose sighting excursions, Polar Cave Park, shopping such as Settler's Green Outlets and downtown North Conway and so much more! Groomed XC trails are right outside the backdoor and snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing and ice skating are also just minutes away.
For the ice climbers and winter hikers, access to Cathedral ledge and Jackson Falls are 10 minutes away while Arethusa Falls, Crawford notch, Mount Willard and Frankenstein Cliff Trail is less than half an hour away!

Great location for skiing

Property is conveniently located between Attitash, Wildcat and Cranmore and only an hour from Sunday River. The views out back are incredible and there is a hill for the kids to sled on. I've stayed here before and will definitely be back. Communication with host was perfect and there's plenty of space for a family of 5.

We had an excellent stay here. Everything was very clean and we had plenty of space for our family of 6. The Master Bedroom bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Check in was so easy and the Property Manager checked in with us personally via phone call just to make sure we had everything we needed and if we had any questions.

We loved the location of this condo - very convenient! It has a beautiful view from the back deck and patio. Very clean and nicely decorated. I would have given it five stars but the bed in the master bedroom was mushy and needs replacing.

This was our second time staying at Shelly’s place. It is clean and conveniently located for visits to Storyland and other things in the North Conway area. At one point, I needed to contact Shelly, and she got back to me right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot right outside of North Conway

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It’s clean, comfortable, and had more than enough space for us all to sleep comfortably. The views off the back patio and master bedroom deck were the icing on the cake. Easy drive to Wildcat, Attitash, and Cranmore for some winter fun. We will be back in the future!

Convenient place in Bass Harbor

We had a comfortable stay here. The location is very convenient to Acadia, Bar Harbor and much more. It is very quiet and we saw plenty of deer. When we arrived there were some in the backyard! You can’t miss seeing the lighthouse just a few minutes down the road either! The property is nothing fancy, which is noted in the description. But….it’s very clean and comfortable. The upstairs bathroom IS quite small but serves its purpose. There is also a great lobster pound across the water called Thurstons. It’s not to be missed!!!

Wonderful family weekend

We had a wonderful family weekend at this property! The home had everything we needed and expected, and the owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. It’s a very quick drive into the center of North Conway which is what we were looking for, so it was perfect for our weekend away!

Convenient for hiking in the White Mountains

Very clean property with lovely views of the mountains. Not large but big enough for 6 of us. Super helpful owners. It was very nice to have some basics supplied such as shampoo, detergent, soap, and TP on top of the provided linens and towels. Take note that the only coffee machine is a Keurig with 4 starter pods kindly supplied. I brought my own drip coffee machine for 6 caffeine addicted hikers! The only other items we felt were lacking were sufficient wine glasses, a good sized salad bowl, and some small bowls for nuts and snacks. The neighbors are also extremely nice and friendly.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip. Its close and convenient to area sites, shopping and restaurants. The condo was very clean and exactly how it was advertised. Shelly was wonderful to work with too. Definitely recommend and will check for availability for future trips to the area.

This was an excellent rental! The proximity to hiking and downtown makes this an ideal rental. The townhouse was very clean and beds were very comfortable. There was minimal checkout steps and Shelly was a very responsive host.
