A STORYBOOK COTTAGE!

Our Storybook Cottage has an entry mudroom and offers an eat-in kitchen with all the appliances, cookware and dishes you need to cook up your family's favorite meal-the only thing you provide is the food! Our living room has a couch, three chairs, a woodstove, flat screen smart TV, and a slider door to enjoy our porch and the outdoor view. Our two bedrooms sleep 5-bedroom 1 has one double bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a twin roll away- (OUR GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS ). Our bath has a shower and a tub! Our entire cozy cottage was recently remodeled! On the outside we offer a covered porch, a gas grill, and a picnic table. Our association has an open field with a running brook. THIS IS WHERE MEMORIES ARE MADE!

The property was simple, comfortable, and cozy. I would have loved to be there in colder weather to use the wood burning stove. I probably wouldn’t have booked it, had I noticed we had to bring our own sheets, towels, toilet paper etc., because we were flying. Not as big of an issue if you’re driving. The neighborhood chickens were fun to watch.

Love Nestle Inn

Repeat stay. Absolutely love this gem of a cottage. Fantastic location. The pools, hot tubs, sauna and steam room was amazing after skiing. Highly recommend booking here!

Excellent!

Cottage was perfect for family of 4. We stayed during a heat wave (95-100 degrees) which we weren't anticipating but plenty of fans and being in the shade was a plus. Access to the pools and game room across the street was perfect! The pools cooled us off and we had fun playing pool and ping pong in the game room. Location is nice and quiet, however there was a rooster behind the cottage. We didn't mind it, the kids actually loved hearing it! Hope to make another trip next year. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Short get away

This is the most adorable little cottage. Used the stove for the first time. It was great! Heats up really fast. Weather could have been better but we made the best of it. Enjoyed using the outdoor jacuzzi at the Nordic Lodge. We went to the Sunrise shack just minutes away and had a delicious breakfast. Great location for everything you need. Don’t forget to visit Jackson Falls!

Quaint and Cozy

This was perfect for a weekend ski getaway! We loved it!! The mudroom area had plenty of hooks and space to leave ski clothes and boots. Plus, the Nordic Center offered a pool and hot tub that was ideal for post-skiing time. The only minor drawbacks were that you had to bring your own towels and linens and the fireplace was hard to light. We would stay again! Peg was very responsive!

Cozy Cottage

The property was quiet and underneath some nice shade trees (which we needed during our heat wave stay!). The furnishings were comfortable and amenities were as described in the listing. can’t beat its proximity to area attractions. The owner provided thorough instructions and remindersm and was very responsive to questions.

We had the best time staying here! It was perfect for a family of four, two of which are small children. The house was clean, organized, and exactly as described in listing. Quick stop to the Fryeburg fair in Maine!!! This was our home base and it was quite nice!! It is quite cozy!!! Not much room to chill but great place to hit the 3 s’s and roll out!!!

The cottage was very clean. The only thing that was disappointing was there wasn’t any toilet paper and the steps leading into the home were a sheet of ice and there was no sand or salt to put down.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy, warm cottage! The house was beautifully decorated with charming vintage touches and a delightful mountain theme, making it feel incredibly inviting.The property amenities were top-notch—we especially loved using the indoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, making it feel like a home away from home. The wood stove was such a lovely bonus, especially with the cold weather; it added so much warmth and ambiance to our evenings.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got restful sleep. Plus, the house was immaculately clean and smelled wonderfully fresh upon arrival, which we really appreciated.This cottage truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another stay! Perfect Cabin Base

This is our second year staying at one of Peg’s cabins, and this year was just as good as the last. It is in a great location, close to story land, Jackson, Glen, and North Conway. The pools are great and so is the little pond that you can take a little row on. This fit our young family of 5 just fine ( ages 7,5 and 3). There is so much to do we weren’t in the house much. Peg was very accommodating, and even brought us birthday candles for our youngest’s birthday cake. She is an excellent host, and while we brought everything we needed there were plenty of things in the cabin to help make our stay great. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Cozy Winter Vacation

My husband, our moms, and our two kids (ages 3 &1) stayed here for a week. We had a wonderful time playing in the snow, visiting the shops in North Conway, and using the hot tub and pool across the street. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We made burgers, soups, eggs, and there were spices in the cabinet to boot! Peg was very accommodating. The hairdryer was missing so we went out to buy a replacement and she refunded us right away. Oh, and central heating was a nice plus for those chilly nights! We would love to come back in the summer to see the contrast and do some hikes when the kids are bigger. The only drawback I would say is the height of the beds for young children. I was nervous that they might roll off or get hurt but thankfully they did not. They weren't the most comfortable beds either but of course it's always strange sleeping in a new place and everyone has different preferences for beds. There were plenty of blankets so we were cozy enough. Thank you Peg! Definitely recommend :)
