You will be staying in a gîte of around 60 m2, 3 stars, adjoining another gîte and will benefit from a park of 3000 m2. The cottage is for 4 people (2 bedrooms); The rate is planned for 4 people and will be increased by 10 € / day / additional person
Ground floor: kitchen-dining room: fully equipped with table and 6 chairs, 6-person dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove and oven. Household appliances, very well supplied with dishes, cutlery, glasses, serving and baking dishes, kitchen utensils ...
Living room: click-clack (sleeping possibility for 2 people), 2 armchairs, furniture, TV, ADSL, Internet, board games for children and adults, children's books.
Shower room with Italian shower, washing machine. Care products
first floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (4 beds in all) +1 cot
terrace with table and chairs, parasol and awning, small barbecue, overlooking the courtyard where you can park your car.

Pets welcome, walk possible in the courtyard, the grounds and in an adjoining country lane

Séjour en Vienne

Très bon séjour, aménagements extérieurs très agréables surtout avec des enfants, intérieur confortable mais bâtisse au bord de la route de l'autre côté (dont une chambre) . Il conviendrait de faire 2 annonces distinctes, une pour chaque logement.

Visite au Futuroscope

Découverte du Futuroscope pour deux adolescents. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu au gîte et le ménage n'avait pas pu être complètement fait. Pour le reste nous avons visité les différents bâtiments du parc d'attractions.

Nous avions choisi ce gîte pour une sortie en famille au futuroscope et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. En pleine nature, calme et reposant le gîte est bien équipé,fonctionnel et propre.

Gite quatre places "Le chêne"

Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Gîte bien placé à proximité de Futuroscope et du château Baillant ou nous étions de mariage. Le gîte était bien nettoyé et fonctionnel, mis à part une colonie de punaises des bois que nous avons éliminé à l'aide de l'aspirateur de gîte et ceci pendant les deux premiers jours. Par ailleurs, la toute proximité de la route rend ce gîte bruyant et peu reposant, en semaine. Le vendredi, entre 7h00 et 8h00 du matin, j'ai dénombré le passage à haute vitesse de 85 véhicules. Quelques points sont perfectibles également comme: Les sommiers des lits en bois qui craquent énormément à chaque mouvement, ce qui fait que l'un réveille l'autre. Le rideau occultant de la fenêtre de toit de la chambre coté rue, est à remplacer car il n'assure plus sa fonction et il fait bien jour à l'intérieur. La fenêtre de la cuisine qui donne coté route, est difficile à fermer et n'est pas étanche au bruit et au son. Les éclairages hotte et plan de travail sont HS. Globalement, un léger rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu et un lit double, dans l'une des chambre serait le bienvenu, à la place des quatre lits jumeaux actuels. Mis à part ces quelques points, les propriétaires ont bien aménagé les extérieurs avec des espaces jeux pour les enfants ombragés et des places de parking à proximité des deux gîtes.

Location très sommaire . Plein de cheveux dans toutes les pièces. Douche, lavabo et toilettes très vieillots. Four et micro ondes non utilisables car trop sales. Le pire fut l'accueil ,sur votre site il était indiqué 16 heures , nous sommes arrivés à l'heure indiquée mais les propriétaires avaient stipulé 17 heures. Ils nous ont fait attendre jusque 16h45 pour nous accueillir. Nous n avons jamais vu la propriétaire . Seulement monsieur était présent à l'arrivée et au départ . Pourtant parfois elle passait près du gîte mais nous ignorait . Très mauvaise expérience. Piscine non nettoyée avec eau trouble et insectes à profusion . Jamais plus .

Assez vétuste. Problèmes d'électricité : prises de courant non alimentées ! Interrupteur du salon qui fait disjoncter sans raisons ! Rideau du velux d'une chambre qui ne ferme pas. Prévu pour 6 personnes, mais à 3 (dont un enfant), l'espace est déjà restreint : petite cuisine et petite salle à manger (où il y a le canapé-lit).
