LC is an amazing host and the stay was wonderful. We absolutely loved the tour of the buffalo farm and the cabins are great. This was our 2nd time here and we will be back
We loved this little cabin! Loved that my furbaby was safely enclosed on the back patio while we sat on the porch & enjoyed the scenery! We enjoyed the hot tub & the host are amazingly sweet & friendly! Would definitely recommend!
Everything was wonderful with the trip. Seeing the animals was a nice added bonus. The property was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was the hot water in the bathtub didn’t stay warm.
I absolutely love this property we got there a little late the first day. The second day when I got up and went out on the porch to go smoke and drink coffee I seen all kinds of wild turkeys and deer. Very quiet and secluded place. I would definitely stay there again
We took a cousin cabin trip for my daughter’s 8th birthday and it was our little animal lovers dream come true! The cabin was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The host was excellent and very accommodating. The tour of the Buffalo Farm was an amazing experience. The kids loved it and can’t wait to go back this summer to float the river!
The cabin was perfect. We loved the hot tub, the firepit, and the treehouse overlooking the woods was cool as can be. The tour of the buffalo farm was amazing. LC and Robin were great tour guides and our whole family had a great time. We can't wait to come back.
LC was the perfect host! He showed us the farm and catered to my grandson(who said the water buffalo Was the favorite part of the trip even after seeing waterfalls) and my son loved that even though it was cold and rainy, he even showed us the corral that he built and helped teach my
Really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing.
We enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The tour of the farm was a unique experience. We also enjoyed the privacy of the location. guess right?
We really enjoyed staying at the cabin, the views were stunning and lots of space to sprawl out. The cabin was clean and tidy and had all the necessities. Keep in mind, they do not have wifi but it was the perfect getaway for us. The hosts were really nice people and gave us a personal tour of their beautiful farm. gave us a personal tour of their

Wonderful property. Our host took us on a tour of his buffalo farm, the kids had a blast!
Beautiful location! We had a wonderful time on our float trip. We always enjoy staying here and being able to see buffalo is a plus! The kids enjoy feeding the animals especially petting the Emu.
Cabin is bigger than it looks in pictures. Jacuzzi was great. Owners are very accommodating and took their time showing me and my family their animals. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy for most of the stay. We were looking for something very private and secluded. After booking, I was worried that this was part of some sort of corporate cabin rental site where the cabins were all bunched together. This was not the case. Overall, a great stay. Thanks!
This was our spring break trip. To say we had the most fun would be an understatement. We wanted a nice secluded location that was able to accommodate our large family, including our fur babies. I am so glad we picked this one! The cabin was cute, clean, and cozy. Sitting on the deck at night was so relaxing. My kids played and played. There was no wifi, however I actually enjoyed it. There was no fighting over there remote or electronics blocking our memories. LC, the host, took great care of us. Looking back on it, I've never had a host interact with us and we loved it! We really enjoyed seeing the Buffalo farm. LC and Robin went out of their way to make sure that my 80 year old Nana could tour the farm as well. This touched my heart. This is a trip my kids will talk about to days to come, I know this because they are already asking when we are coming back.
This place is so quaint and lovely! Very clean. The only issue we had was it rained pretty much our entire stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck and views.
Had an amazing weekend in a quiet rustic cabin. The host went above and beyond and gave us a tour of his farm. Kids got to pet Emu, Bison, and water Buffalo. Got to see one day old Bison calves. Had a bonfire, and just enjoyed time together. Close to town and Buffalo river. Will definitely stay again!
Kids and I drove down for a quick stay in AR to float the Buffalo river. This cabin was the perfect place, secluded but still close to a grocery store, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. And if interested the owner has a Buffalo farm and gives tours. We loved feeding and petting the animals. Just a really great stay. We’ll be back if in the area again.
Absolutely loved this cabin and our stay at the Ratchford Farm. The treehouse deck was a perfect spot to just relax and enjoy nature. Some of the furnture was a bit dated/worn, but it did not detract from the overall stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the buffalo farm and getting to feed and pet the buffalo and emus.
I downgraded on the accuracy of the listing as it states the cabin sleeps 12, and it clearly does not. We pointed this out to the property manager and he was going to address this issue with VRBO
Overall, we had a lot of fun, the accomodations and location was perfect!!
