The house was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our vacation. It was clean and updated. All the beds were comfortable and the master bath tub was awesome. We will definitely be renting this place again.

This is the cleanest VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in! It’s a beautiful secluded property with little details keeping the traveler in mind: Hooks in the bathrooms to hang your toiletry bag, robe, AND towels-which is so very convenient when you aren’t living in your own home:) Antibacterial soap at every sink, etc, etc. Very spacious & well-designed to keep guests comfortable. Host was a fantastic communicator throughout the whole process-from booking to checking out. The only thing (and I honestly can’t remember if this is in the listing description) is that there is quite a bit of dirt road travel to get to the property, which was not an issue for us at all, but could make it difficult for a small car/sedan. I do wish there was an EV charging port on the property, but that’s my wish almost everywhere we stay! The good news: there IS an EV charging station in downtown Leslie for those that need one. 10/10 wonderful place to stay! :)

Thank for such a wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated all the little details we put into making our property comfortable and welcoming. We want our guests to feel right at home while enjoying a peaceful getaway. We truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness, amenities, and communication. We do mention the dirt road access. We appreciate guest comments for people reading reviews, and the EV charging station in Leslie. That's helpful information for future guests!

This is a beautiful property and the peaceful quiet and beauty is amazing. A great hot tub to relax in …. It is far enough from town but not too far. Correspondence with property owners is quick and easy.

Well stocked. Very clean. Road on the way in is rough but was navigable by my corolla. Very peaceful and the river is not a far walk

April was super welcoming and accommodating. We ended up arriving a few hours earlier than expected and we were able to check in early. Everything was very clean and there was even a little welcome tray with waters and snacks. The location was very peaceful, down a gravel road with only one other property across the river. Will definitely be visiting again for the peace and serenity.

Lovely!

Would definitely return. Home was perfectly clean, plenty of space for all. A few of our favorite things: access to the river, a bathroom in each bedroom, the huge primary bathtub! Great location to hit the things on our list like paddling to Sugarloaf Mountain Island and floating the Buffalo National River. Plenty of amenities in a lovely secluded location. Hosts were prompt in communication, always helpful. Definitely plan to return!

Girls Trip

We stayed at this property for a girls trip. The house was very clean and had a fantastic layout! The host has really thought of everything you could need for your stay. Yay for plenty of towels!!! The creek was beautiful and we loved using the hot tub at night. Excellent communication with the host. She was very accommodating. We would absolutely book this property again! Also make sure you eat at The Skylark Cafe in Leslie during your stay. YUM!!!

Stunning private retreat

This property is absolutely gorgeous! It's very remote, as described. Just bring everything with you, so you don't have to leave. Very nice host. When I booked, I mentioned we were celebrating an anniversary, and they had a beautiful gift waiting for us on arrival. Very thoughtful! Recommend having a truck or SUV to get siren the unpaved road to the house. Once you get there, you won't want to leave! I want to steal all her decorating ideas!

We love this property so much; gorgeous home in a beautiful location with an amazing host. This was our 2nd stay this year. It’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We spent hours relaxing on the deck enjoying the view. The Little Red River is a short walk away. Water levels were low this trip so it made for great fossil hunting and was easy to cross when we went for long walks up the mountain. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We look forward to returning next year.

We had a truly fantastic stay and cannot recommend this property enough. The property is well maintained and the host has thought of everything. It was the perfect home base for our outdoor adventures. The hot tub was great for sore muscles and the fire pit was the perfect spot for stargazing. We’ve already rebooked and can’t wait to come back!
