Beachside Towers is exactly what you would expect – the ultimate location for a beachside vacation! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Beachside Towers I 4040 can accommodate up to 8 beach-ready guests. This one-level condo rental really does have it all!

In the main living area, you are greeted with a wall of glass doors that lead to Gulf front balcony that boasts endless views of the sparkling sand and glistening, emerald waves. Enjoy the comfortable, open floorplan that give the living, kitchen, and dining areas a welcoming vibe. The living room is furnished with a leather couch and twin armchairs where you can either watch the Gulf views or relax in front of the flat screen TV. The elegant dining table seats four, and the bar seats four, making this a perfect spot for your favorite tropical drinks, good company, and great views!

Because of this property’s ideal placement in the beachfront tower, each of the three bedrooms shows off fabulous views. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a private bath. One guest room has a full-sized bed and twin sleeper sofa with access to a full hall bathroom, while the second guest room is paradise for the kids, featuring two full/twin bunks.

When you stay at Beachside Towers, you will also have access to some awesome amenities! Take a dip in the sparkling pool and bubbling hot tub or invite your friends to your own beachside feast at the picnic area with grills. The fitness center and basketball and tennis courts can help you stay even more active on your vacation.

Besides being steps away from the beach, you can also enjoy the nearby Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, which features four world-class golf courses, tennis courts, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. From bars, restaurants, boutiques, seasonal festivals, live music and entertainment, this sweet location offers vacation fun for the whole family.

Discounted Rates / Construction Notice: The HOA will begin property improvements in October 2025. The pool will be closed in December and January (possibly into February), and beach access will be unavailable throughout January. Walkway and balcony access may be temporarily limited during your stay. Holiday access is guaranteed.


*Based on the daily temperature and the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated November – March.

*This Condo only allows for 8 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Great property for a family getaway

The property has a great location and spacious living space for a larger group. It has just about everything you need except for a hairdryer. It is a clean place to stay with a gorgeous view!

Great location

Enjoyed our time at this great location. Unit was dated and showed its age, kitchen faucet was pretty much unusable, sleeping for 13 is very optimistic and you need to look at all beds listed, 11 is more like it and that’s if 6-7 are kids.

Beautiful Views Great Location

The views are beautiful. The location right on the beach is great. The kitchen is a little small with smaller kitchen essentials. A smaller group would do just fine but with a group of 10 we had to get creative. The rooms are clean and roomy. A condo on the beach with private access and those views, you can’t beat the price.

Great Place to stay! Need to update beds!

This was a very clean and super nice condo! Nice pool, small workout room. Great security! Make sure you wear the wristbands! The only reason for 4 star was the master bed and the full bed. The master bed was broke. Very springy and sank into the middle. Could not sit on the bottom of the bed would fall to the floor. The full bed also very springy and needs to be replaced. Other than that the place was great!

Beach stay during strange days

Our vacation was during the first week of the pandemic. Despite the growing panic, we managed to have a wonderful week. We had excellent communications through the Ocean Reef Homeaway app. Condo was exactly as described. We loved the balcony overlooking the gulf. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. And a great blender! Beachside 1 is a great building and the maintenance workers were constantly wiping down the elevator, door handles, and luggage carts. Each day there were fewer beach chairs and families on the beach. By Friday there was plenty of beach space. We visited Seaside on Monday and it closed that evening. We rented bikes from Bikes R Us and rode to Baytowne Village, Grand Boulevard, and Publix. Many shops were still open at both locations. We loved the Maple Street Biscuit company - we visited on Friday morning and all restaurants closed to dining in by Friday noon. It was a vacation to remember!

Nice, but needs attention

We love the Sandestin property overall. It is beautiful. The actual building was ok. There were industrial fans blowing in the foyer. I understand the need, but was a weird first impression. The elevator floor tiles had multiple cracks. There was not a light near our front door, so we had to use a flashlight to see the keypad after dark. The pool and hot tub were nice but closed at 5 p.m. daily. Inside the condo, there were also several things that we would like to discuss with the owners. If those items were attended to, we would consider staying here again; however, there are so many choices along the Emerald Coast.

the location is great just steps from the beach but the interior is bad, furnitures are old and worn, need replacement. bathrooms are old , and dirty. really need a serious renovation
