A short distance to Duncan Gardens and across from children’s play area/splash pad. Home has two bedrooms with queen size beds and a nicely updated full bathroom. Close to downtown, hospitals, shopping ,dining and three major parks Comstock/Canon Hill/Manito. Free wireless and smart tv.

Right Across From the Park

This is a lovely place. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It is right across from Manito park. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and having coffee.

Peaceful. with a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the location couldn't have been better, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We got some snow, and almost immediately the driveway and sidewalks were shoveled! We'll look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Spokane.

Bungalow by Manito Park

It was winter but this house was warm. Across the street from Manito, must be fantastic in warmer seasons. Quiet safe neighborhood. No washer/dryer, can use machines in the house next door if it’s unrented.
