TABLE ROCK LAKE VIEW HOME

5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 2 Living Areas, large year round SUN ROOM, with an amazing view of TABLE ROCK LAKE. This home sits on 3 Acres and is completely renovated - granite counters, stainless appliances, new flooring and new bathrooms. Lower level Family Room is large enough for a ping pong table. This home will sleep up to 12 people. ( 8 Adults and 4 children).Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. 40 minutes to Branson. 20 minutes shopping in Branson West. 30 Minutes from Indian Point Marina and Port of Kimberling Marina.

Home has limited stairs to enter. TV is on lower level. Main floor Master bedroom shower is wheel chair accessible. Check-in is between 4 & 6 PM. Check out is 10 AM sharp.

Per county regulations, the house is license for 12 people max per overnight. If found to have more than 12, all guest's will have to leave. All moneys paid will be forfeited.

Christmas 2021

We had a wonderful time being with family this Christmas. The house is beautiful overlooking Table Rock lake. It had enough room for everyone to spread out, but still be together.We spent a lot of time in the sun room playing games and admiring the amazing view. We also enjoyed having our own ping pong tournaments downstairs. The location is close enough to Branson to attend shows and entertainment. The owner is very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this rental for your next vacation.

Great Spaces to Hang out

The property is beautiful & recently updated. The sunroom is air conditioned which was so handy! The oven is small (not full sized) so plan your pans accordingly! The views are beautiful & it’s close into Silverdollar City & stores.

Nice view from the patio and deck

The house is very nice and had most everything we needed. The enclosed patio and decks are nice with a nice view of the lake. Just be aware though that the nearest lake access is 20 minutes away by car. There is no lake access at the house. It is surrounded by private property where access is restricted.

Nice house. Private area with great all season room and views of table rock lake.

Overall - very positive experience. The house had lots of room, and we greatly enjoyed the large all season-room large dining table, and ping pong table down stairs. We provided feedback to the owners - the house had a few minor issues including the lack of shades or curtains on the west side outside the all season room.

Family met there because we haven’t seen each other in two years.

This is a great rental for a large group or family to meet up and stay together. The deer would come up to the back yard and eat. The view is really pretty. We all loved staying here!!!

The porch is everything!

Wonderful getaway destination, whatever the weather. Clean, roomy, well equipped (get that second TV, Ed!). Friendly, helpful owners. Loved every minute.

Great Lake Trip

The home was like brand New, brand new appliances, brand new everything. The home is secluded on a hill with lots of acreage allowing for privacy. Location on the water was great for us. Overall this was one of the best homes we have stayed in over the last 15 years of lake trips my family has taken. The owner was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Definitely plan to return.
