**Come escape to the mountains. 30 day + rentals available.**

Great escape at 10,200 ft situated on Overlook Dr. next to the Breck Lodge & Spa. 5 min. drive to town/gondola or take the free Summit Stage. Comfortably furnished with fully remodeled kitchen. Bedroom w/ queen, murphy bed queen in living room.

Warmly furnished rustic theme and updated kitchen and appliances. Can sleep up to five in a pinch. Ideal for one or two couples or close friends. This is not a party house. No smoking.

Five minute drive to town or walk five min and take the free Summit Stage Bus to town/gondola which during peak times comes every 30 minutes. I personally don't use a car in Breck. and rely on bus, happy to answer any question you might you're not familiar the summit stage can take you for free to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper or A-Basin for skiing or the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon and Leadville.

Located 3 min walk from Breckenridge Lodge & Spa which recently went through a multi-million dollar renovation which included the opening of Traverse Restaurant and Bar (URL HIDDEN) which is fantastic.

As mentioned, the views are truly breathtaking. From the living room see all of Breckenridge Ski Resort, Ten Mile Range, Mt. Quandary, Buffalo and Ptarmigan. From the bedroom, a great view of the top of Mt. Baldy.

Beautiful view

This condo overlooks Breckinridge and has an absolutely fantastic view. Communication with the owner was excellent and the condo more than met our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place

Such a great place to stay in breck, it’s close to downtown, has anything you’d ever need, and has the BEST view. Highly recommend

Gorgeous views

Overall we loved our stay. I cant say enough about the view. We were good staying in and just enjoying that. There are some updates that could be made. But for the price we got it for in November, totally worth it!
