Lovely villa
The villa was lovely and clean. We had no major issues while there but as the t.v was not a smart t.v, we could not watch in the evenings. Had a couple of days with no electricity (1 due to works and the other due to an issue with a fuse in the kitchen). You do get sent a list of things that you may be charged for if not done which was a little excessive on the cost but also understandable. Communication with the owner was fab

Merci pour vos remarques qui contribueront à améliorer notre accueil. Pour la coupure de courant, c'est n'est pas notre faute, travaux de Endesa dans le village, des affiches avaient été placées partout dans les alentours pour aviser les habitants, idéal pour une journée à la mer... Le fusible a été résolu en 5 minutes lorsque vous m'en avez avisé. C'est pour ça que je demande toujours qu'on me prévienne dès le moindre problème, nous sommes là pour vous aider à passer le meilleur séjour possible mais certains événements sont indépendants de notre volonté.
Effectivement notre règlement comporte des frais en cas de dommages mais celà resulte de faits concrets du non respect du règlement de la maison. Nous n'avons jamais dû les appliquer car nous avons toujours trouvé un arrangement pour les dommages.

Super villa dans un cadre calme et reposant mais propriétaire un peu collante et agressive.. on croirait parler a une juge de peine qui defend une villa a 10 millions d'euros, relaaax tout est officiel et tout est couvert par des assurance mdr

Nette, ruime woning
Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep heel goed, reageert zeer snel. De woning is ruim, redelijke schoon en alle basisdingen zijn voorhanden. Heel leuk is ook het welkomstpakket (fles water, wijn, bier en sap) in de koelkast. Alles werkt, zwembad wordt goed onderhouden door een extern bedrijf dat 2 a 3x per week langskomt. Aanrader!!!

Un rincon distinto segun cada hora del dia.
Aunque guarde una linea de decoracion de relax tal y como se aprecia en las fotos con los budas. Cada esquina de la casa tiene su hora del dia. El porche en la entrada a la cocina acogedor y minimo. El amplio solarium . El rincon mirador. La galeria acristalada con acceso a toda la vista. Piscina impecable de limpia. Solo le falta un sintonizador TdT como alternativa al sistema de tv satelite.
