Can Jaume: Fantastic villa on the hill in a quiet area in the west part of Mallorca in Magaluf-Palmanova at five minutes of Portal Nous and 15 minutes away by car from Palma and 20 from the airport.
The modern mediterranean style house consists of:
A sunny living room with a sliding glass door that leads to the terrace, flat screen TV and large sofas; fully fitted new kitchen; 3 double bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with double bed and one in suite with double bed); 3 bathrooms (2 with shower). Rooms available with air conditioning or fans.
The house with amazing views to the Mediterranean has spacious terraces, private pool with a lawn area, loungers, table and chairs and barbecue.
Comfortable and beautifully furnished, the villa has also Laundry area, parking and garage. And internet / wifi as well.
Up to max. 8 people, is ideal for families or groups of friends. Pet friendly
The house is close to the beach (10 min.), Many restaurants and supermarkets and there’s a golf club in a short distance by car (10 km.)
Please note that there is a € 500 damage deposit in cash upon check in. At your check out time, the damage deposit will be refunded, if the property has not suffered from any damage.

Es war ok

Das Haus und die Anlage ist ok . Sauberkeit konnte besser sein. Leider kein Internationalen TV. Klimaanlage leider nur in einem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Terrassen und Balkone sind super auch der Pool ist super. Schöne Aussicht auf’s Meer. Preisleistung, zu teuer. G.M

Villa with a view!

Great villa, super pool area and in a very good location. Close enough to walk to the centre and the beach but far enough out that it’s quiet and relaxing. The sea view was amazing to wake up to every morning!

Sehr schönes Anwesen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten vielleicht. Warmes Wasser braucht sehr lange und es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine und Tassen. Aber sonst alles sehr schön und super geklappt.
