Conditions: Pets must be up-to-date on all shots and fleas; must be spayed/neutered; small or med size dog breeds only; no dangerous dog breeds allowed; puppies and kittens are not allowed; pets are not allowed in the bedrooms and never on the beds; pets are not allowed on the furniture unless it is covered; dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment; area rugs must be rolled and kept in the closet for duration of stay; fee pet does not cover any damages to the property or its contents.
