The Private Furnished Executive Apartment in the sought after High Park/Roncesvalles/Bloor West area of Toronto. "Your Home Away From Home" for Short/long term rentals
The century old renovated house is situated on a quiet residential street steps to the subway and Toronto's largest park, High Park- 400 acres.
Our property contains three fully furnished boutique apartments: A three bedroom apartment on the 2nd &3rd floor, a One bedroom garden suite on the main floor, and this two bedroom apartment in the lower/basement level. It can accommodate 4 people and has been renovated with full 8 ft high ceilings, with raised hardwood flooring.
HPR Suites has its own "Little Free Library" located on the front lawn of our place, where neighbours and guests can take a book and leave a book.
The two bedroom suite comes complete with a full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully appointed kitchen, bedding, linens, towels, fully enclosed backyard, BBQ, free utilities, free Wifi, premium cable TV, air conditioning, free access to adult and children's bicycles, and free parking. Cleaning services are also included.

It is an open concept living/dining/kitchen space.
The galley kitchen (13ftx8ft) has a breakfast bar with stools, new granite countertops, computer station, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and range.
Dining area is 17ftx10ft with a 4 ft x 5 ft south facing window and garden door.
The living area (11x11) has a 42" flat screen TV, a cozy fireplace area with a three seat sectional seat sofa and a 4x2 window.
The bathroom (5x7) is a 4 pc with a bathtub/shower
Walkout to a 10ft x12ft private courtyard with a gas BBQ, table and 4 chairs.
Bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin beds.
The suite also comes with a shared enclosed garden, 1 parking space.
We supply "hypoallergenic pillows, certified asthma and allergy friendly".
We can provide a child's bedrail, a high chair and a Evenflo Pac n' Play.
