Beautiful Large 2000SF Three Bdrm Apt Roncesvalles/High Park
Available for mid and long term rentals, this open concept apartment is your professionally decorated and fully furnished "home away from home". The apartment comes complete with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully appointed kitchen, bedding, linens, towels, fully enclosed backyard, BBQ, free utilities, free Wifi, premium cable TV, air conditioning, free access to adult and children's bicycles, and free parking. Biweekly cleaning services are also included.
This large apartment is 2000 SqF(190 SqM) and includes three bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and large balcony:
The two large third floor bedrooms are 14 ft. x12 ft. (16SM). One bedroom contains a queen size bed and a single bed with a walk-in closet and the other bedroom has a queen size bed with built-in (4M) closet.
The third bedroom is on the second floor and has a trundle bed and can sleep two people or convert to a queen bed, or can be used as an office with a daybed
The living room/dining room is 28'x12'.(32SM)
The "U" shape kitchen has granite countertops, 28LF of cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and double sink.
The apartment has a large 11ftx22ft (22SM) balcony with sunny south-west exposure, and a gas private BBQ.
The suite also comes with a shared backyard and garden, storage shed and one parking space per unit (additional street parking is available.)
We can provide a child's bedrail, a high chair and a Evenflo Pac n' Play.
Pets may be considered upon approval.
Our place is in a family friendly safe neighbourhood and we do not allow or accept event bookings.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is located on an old tree lined street steps to the subway, 10 minute/24 hour streetcars to downtown, Gardiner Expressway and QEW. It is within walking distance to excellent primary and secondary schools, great bistros, cafés, restaurants, pubs, intimate music clubs, internationally renown Hughs Room, bakeries, green grocer stores, specialty cheese stores, butcher shops, CNE/Exhibition Place, 5 min from St. Joseph Hospital, and the recently saved and community run Revue Cinema. The house is two blocks from High Park with its numerous playgrounds, ponds, leash free dog trails, children's zoo, restaurant, and running/hiking/walking trails, skating rink, swimming and child wading pools, baseball/soccer/football fields and the Howard Park Tennis Club. It is also close to the waterfront Martin Goodman running and biking trail, Sunnyside Beach and its' volleyball courts and Toronto's largest exterior swimming pool. This area is well known for its great food scene and family friendly communities.
Just steps to the Keele or Dundas West Subway stations and to 4 different streetcars lines that run through the city. (505 Dundas line, 306 Carlton/College line, and 504 King St Line, Queen Line)
