Welcome to our beautifully decorated condo located in the Bellamar community within the BeachWalk development. Located in south Fort Myers, minutes away from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit has been recently updated and is ready for your arrival!

Fort Myers has something for everyone to do. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Southwest Florida by visiting the beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers. Become a local and enjoy the award-winning restaurants/bars. Come enjoy the sun and of course, have some fun!

The master has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen and the last bedroom has two twins. This unit allows max occupancy of 6 guests.

This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

This condo association requires a Guest Application with a $100 fee. Application fee is non-refundable. T$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Great location

The unit didn't have access to the major TV networks, the master bedroom mattress and carpeting need to be replaced. the rest of the unit was great and the location was great as we are not beach people. The cleaning lady Jackie was super, coming early on Sunday to pick up the gate key and finding & returning money we had left in freezer.

Tri Power messed up!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tri Power dropped the ball & never forwarded the info we were coming to Deb @Bellamar.PLus more than once (I even have a Email) Tri Power gave us the wrong codes and access info causing much frustration upon arrival
