Adorable newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath home in a peaceful gated community with an indoor pool/hot tub/sauna and also and outdoor pool, tennis court and bocce ball court. There is an activities calendar that includes pickle ball, horseshoes, bid euchre, shuffleboard, pot luck dinners and more! Sleeps up to 7 with 3 twin bed fold outs in the living room. 8 minutes from the beach, minutes from ice cream, restaurants and shopping, 20 min. from downtown historic district, 25 min from Sanibel island, 30 min. from Manatee Park where you can see the Manatees from Dec-March! 1 hour to Venice beach to find sharks teeth. So many things to do or just relax!
