The outdoors is an inviting area with lots of tropical foliage a pool, 60ft dock of direct ocean access waterfront (ask for availability of dock rental for boat), a wonderful shaded dining space, bar b que, bikes, kayak, paddleboard, & beach/pool toys/chairs! The comfortable inside includes amenties such as 2 large TV's, excellent WIFI, coffee, cooking, bath & laundry essentials. Prime location close to everything the Pompano, Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas areas offer of beaches, piers, fishing, golf, shops & restaurants.

All dishes & kitchen items used please wash or put in the dishwasher (then turned on).
Refrigerators should be cleaned out from whatever you put in and any food in the kitchen brought in removed.
Leave beds unmade (not stripped).
Please replace all pool items & cleaning supplies to where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
