Our family of four really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the yard is awesome! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the tiki hut and my kids caught 7 different species of fish off the dock! Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best Vrbo homes we have rented so far. Reasonably priced and the amenities were great! The owners really seem to car about the experience and really thought of everything. Family Spring Break Getaway

Our family stayed in this wonderful home for a week of spring break and truly enjoyed the home! Our favorite was the tiki hut by far(both the adults and kids)! Provided great extra area to enjoy the great weather! Take part in a morning/sundown kayak ride as well, very relaxing! Would definitely stay again! Thanks Brandon and Gary!

Great house for a great price

Everything went super smooth. Good communication with the property management! The electronic lock had low battery and they were out to take care of it within a couple hours! Super convenient location. All in all was perfect for our trip!

Feels Like Paradise

My wife, twin daughters and their two friends had a fabulous week. We've rented homes all over South Florida and this is the best we've had. The outside amenities - the tiki hut, pool, patio, and kayaks - were top-notch. The teenagers had fun all week. We adults spent all our time in the tiki hut relaxing. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house was well stocked and spotless.

I can’t say enough good thing about this house. My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Between the fishing, kayaking, pool and tiki bar I dont think we spent much time in the house. Which was the point. When you have a teenager they are on the phone 24/7 it was nice to see my daughter actually being a child and swimming in the lake with her cousins.The house was clean and fully stocked. They thought of everything including the candles to keep away the mosquitoes. We will definitely go back again.

Amazing Place - As Advertised

My wife, kids and I stayed at this location in mid-July 2024 for a mini-summer vacation and to celebrate a few of our birthdays. I am a Central Florida native and grew up around the beach and river, but we hadn’t been to this part of Florida for several years. The home is mostly modernized and updated (nice floors) and the backyard area is as shown in the pictures - very beautiful and a little something for everyone. My teenager and I did some light fishing off the dock and paddle boarding, my little one enjoyed the pool, my wife loved the view and I loved the tiki bar. The neighborhood is very nice with tons of beautiful boats and water front homes - only a 10-minute drive to downtown Pompano Beach and the pier. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is about a 25-minute drive give or take depending on traffic. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. We found the dining in and around both downtown Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale to be quite good - especially for seafood and Italian - and we are tough critics. We are still talking about our trip and can’t wait to come back.

Great house and fantastic location. The outdoor space was especially nice—we loved the tiki bar, and my son really enjoyed fishing right out back. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator, which wasn’t cooling properly, and the freezer wasn’t producing ice. Unfortunately, maintenance never came to address it. Aside from that, we had a great stay.
