Beautiful home, great area, less then a mile walk to Main St, quite, safe neighborhood and the most important of all, professional, courteous and responsive hosts! Six adults and we were all very comfortable. I would not only recommend it, I would stay again and again.

This beautiful home is such a comfortable home away from home. All the rooms are very spacious and great for a relaxing time together. We really appreciated the generous parking area and the proximity to all the downtown has to offer. Greenville is a gorgeous, welcoming town and this is the perfect place to enjoy it!

So much space! There were four of us and the house was perfect. Everyone enjoyed their own ‘space’ and lots of places to gather as a group. Incredibly clean. Rhode left very clear instructions and was a very responsive and flexible host. His home is gorgeous and we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved Greenville and the Lavinia House. It is comfortable, roomy and clean. The bathrooms are lovely and the water pressure is fabulous. The furniture is in good shape and makes for a cozy place to relax after sightseeing. The host were friendly and quick to get back when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again.
