The Villa was beautiful. We very much enjoyed the property itself. We were woken up several times by neighbors and cars with loud stereos late at night. It would have also been nice to have at least a small privacy wall around the jacizzi. The neighboring villa is reall close at it's a little awkward being that close to strangers in such a romantic setting.

Great home, amazing view!

Nicely cared-for home on the water, not next to, on the water. Perfect for a couple, amazing hot tub and upper level. No pool as the ad would suggest, may be a common area, but we loved it and will be back. Pelicans flying by, good snorkeling and quiet and lovely place to stay.

Beautiful Rincon

The property was nice and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing, sad that there was no beach. Enjoyed watching the crabs and iguana's play while we were on the patio. Favorite part was our connecting balcony with our friends villa which made it so nice to go together but have our own space.
