Welcome to the Grandview Condos! This beautifully updated 1-bedroom condo offers a perfect mountain retreat with forest-facing views, modern comforts, and convenient access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private walkout balcony, relax by the electric fireplace, or gather with friends and family in the spacious living area. High-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and access to the free town shuttle make this unit ideal for your mountain getaway. Please note: this unit is on the second floor and accessed via two staircases, and you may notice some sounds from neighboring units.
Proximity: Located just 0.2 miles from the Four O'Clock Ski Run, this condo offers easy ski access directly to Main Street or the Snowflake Chairlift. The nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, Gold Camp, is only a 6-minute walk (0.3 miles) behind the building on Four O'Clock Run Road, providing quick access to Peaks 7 & 8 and all that Breckenridge has to offer.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and generous cabinet space. A cozy breakfast bar with seating for four separates the kitchen from the living area, making it easy to cook and socialize.

Living Room: Relax in the spacious living area with soft leather furnishings, a queen-size pullout sofa, large flatscreen TV with cable, and an electric fireplace. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
