About this property
Close to Montauk/ East Hapmton/Springs Getaway
My place is a short distance to the ocean and bay beaches, close to the villages of East Hampton, Amagansett, Sag Harbor and about 25 minutes from Montauk. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the high ceilings as well as the tastefully landscaped private grounds surrounding a 20X40 in ground, heated pool available Memorial Day through September 30. The house accommodates 6 guests. There is an additional per person charge of $200. per night, not to exceed 8 guests.
I occasionally occupy a separate, self contained, segregated sleeping space with no access to your part of the house, affording you complete comfort and privacy.
Guests are required to remove their trash for deposit at the local recycling center on departure.
There is a 2 night minimum, 3 for Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day weekends. 10% discount applies for 6 or more nights. Discounts for longer stays can be discussed.
A Welcome Booklet explaining all details is provided on arrival.

Sag Harbor Whaling Museum and East Hampton Historical Society are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Shinnecock Museum and East Hampton Village Nature Trail and Wildlife Sanctuary. Jonathan Adler and Kaplan Meadows Sanctuary are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
