About this property

Close to Montauk/ East Hapmton/Springs Getaway

My place is a short distance to the ocean and bay beaches, close to the villages of East Hampton, Amagansett, Sag Harbor and about 25 minutes from Montauk. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the high ceilings as well as the tastefully landscaped private grounds surrounding a 20X40 in ground, heated pool available Memorial Day through September 30. The house accommodates 6 guests. There is an additional per person charge of $200. per night, not to exceed 8 guests.
I occasionally occupy a separate, self contained, segregated sleeping space with no access to your part of the house, affording you complete comfort and privacy.
Guests are required to remove their trash for deposit at the local recycling center on departure.
There is a 2 night minimum, 3 for Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day weekends. 10% discount applies for 6 or more nights. Discounts for longer stays can be discussed.
A Welcome Booklet explaining all details is provided on arrival.

Great house, great pool!

I would definitely recommend staying here in the summer! We were a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The backyard is gorgeous and the pool area feels private but still gets lots of sun! Thanks to Suz for making everything so easy for us!

A beautiful summer weekend

This house is better than the photos! Suz was a gracious host who took the time to share the details of her gorgeous home with us before leaving us to enjoy our weekend. We were enamored by her beautiful art and wish we could have spent more time by the pool. A short drive away from the village of East Hampton, it was a pleasure staying here.

Lovely Springs Hideaway

The house was charming, and Suz was a great host! When we arrived, she walked us through the house and left us with her contact information in case we needed anything. The 12pm check in and check out time is much more generous than you'll find in most places, and really helped us make the most of our time out there. The backyard and pool were extremely peaceful. My group was in the Hamptons for the weekend for a wedding, so we didn't spend too much time at the house, but when we were there, it was really nice to be able to sit outside and relax. There's a very convenient market about a 4 minute drive from the house, which was useful for quick coffee runs in the morning, and snack runs in the afternoon. It was nice to be able to do these things so quickly, and not have to venture into the main part of the hamptons

Suzi and the space were amazing!

What a great time! Suzi thoughtfully walked us around the home to show us where and how everything functioned. The home and grounds were clean and well kept, and the pool was huge! We will definitely stay there again.

Great house

My friends and I had the best time at Suz's house. The pool and backyard is gorgeous, and the interior and kitchen is great too. Good location, and communication with Suz was awesome. We loved it and would love to come back.
