wonderfully restored cottage

The owners were very polite, welcoming us with rhubarb cake, juice and flowers, and were also very helpfull with suggestions. The cottage is wondefully restored-old furniture, spacious dining and bed rooms, well equipped kitchen. The cottage walls are thick with small windows which was an advantage in the summer heat. It might need heating from the fireplace in colder times of year. The garden is large, and some distance from neighbours. We highly recommend staying here!

Trotz schlechtem und kalten Wetter ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Haus, Lage und Umgebung wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig, durch die lage gleichzeitig sehr abgelegen und doch an die nahe Infrastruktur angebunden. Sehr sauber, Holz gratis und sehr sympathische, authentische Vermieter mit sehr guter, freundlicher, schneller Kommunikation.

Super ruhige und tolle Lage am SĂŒdhang mit klasse Blick ins Tal. 200-jĂ€hrige Kleinbauernstelle nett und stilecht renoviert. Tolle richtig breite und große Betten in den beiden großen Schlafzimmern. Große Zimmer. Tolles neues Bad. Nette Vermieter, alles sehr persönlich. Sogar das Brennholz fĂŒr den Ofen war da! KĂŒche gut ausgestattet (bis auf das Stanzbesteck). Recht dunkel, wie das bei alten HĂ€usern so ist. Was wir ein bisschen vermisst haben mehr GemĂŒtlichkeit zum Beispiel mit dezenterer Beleuchtung, Kerzenhaltern, StĂŒhle (sehr hart ohne Kissen), nicht so einen riesigen ungemĂŒtlichen Esstisch, nette Gartenmöbel, ...Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte Urlaubsunterkunft

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage (zum BĂ€cker ist ein Auto nötig). Die Kinder haben den Garten geliebt, aber auch drinnen gab es genĂŒgend Platz zum Spielen. Oft haben wir unter dem Kirschbaum gegessen und die herrliche Aussicht genossen. Super-freundlicher Empfang. UneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlenswert!

Schönes, ruhiges und einsam gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in Hanglage mit Blick ins Tal. Die nĂ€chsten Nachbarn liegen in einiger Entfernung, sodass man wunderbar die Ruhe in der Natur genießen kann. Das Haus ist auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die sĂŒdlichen Vogesen und die StĂ€dte Colmar oder Mulhouse zu erkunden. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und war sauber. Wir haben so gut wie nichts vermisst. Fehlendes WLAN ist kein Problem, da man auch sehr guten Handyempfang vor Ort hat. Die Kommunikation mit Martine und Dominique war trotz Sprachbarriere sehr gut. Sie haben sich immer sehr bemĂŒht und auch bei Problemen, die wir hatten, zeitnah reagiert. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr! Was zu beachten ist, da es aus dem Inserat nicht so eindeutig hervorgeht: der Strom wird extra berechnet und muss am Ende bezahlt werden. Man kann vor Ort auch eine Endreinigung dazu buchen. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, vielen Dank noch einmal dafĂŒr.

Schönes, ruhiges Bauernhaus in der Natur

Mein Mann und ich haben mit unseren 2 Kindern eine Woche in den Osterferien in dem Haus gewohnt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und die Lage mitten in der Natur. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Vogesen und auch den Elsass zu erkunden. Man kann auch direkt vom Haus los wandern, dort ist die Natur auch sehr schön. Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich und bietet alles was man fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht, keine direkten Nachbarn, man hört kein Auto, nur die Vögel und den Bach und um einen herum Natur und man kann dort somit wunderbar entspannen. Auf ARTE kann man sich auch Sendungen auf Deutsch anschauen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben auf Anfrage direkt nochmal extra Feuerholz fĂŒr den Ofen bekommen, denn auf 700 Metern Höhe war es im April noch sehr frisch. Zu beachten ist dabei, dass die Kosten fĂŒr die Heizung extra gehen. Ich wĂŒrde gerne im Sommer nochmal wiederkommen um auch den schönen Garten mehr nutzen zu können. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmal bei den lieben Gastgebern bedanken!

Gßte trÚs sympa, avec un point de vue magnifique, il est tellement bien que l'on pourrait passer toutes ses vacances dedans, à proximité vous avez un petit village avec toutes les commodités, à un quart d'heure une station de ski moderne et sympathique, attention cependant le supplément électricité chauffage coûte assez cher les radiateurs étant anciens.

Beautiful location

This is a wonderful gite in a lovely location. Be prepared for the narrow lane to arrive at the property but the location is perfect for a relaxing break. The owners are friendly, very welcoming and helpful. On the edge of the forest there is lots of wildlife, with a wide range of birds as well as deer and foxes to be seen. On a clear night you will be amazed by the stars, and even if there's cloud the valley is stunning. The house has everything you need for a relaxing break. There is no WiFi but there are times when it's good to leave the internet behind (and if you can't do without there's always 4G). We loved our stay here.
