About this property

Great quiet "home base" on the west side of the Tetons

This 1-bedroom condo located just north of downtown Victor, ID is perfect for a quiet stay in Teton Valley. Actual driving distance from 'The Ponds Condominium' complex to the center of Victor is 1.05 miles. It's a two story complex with this unit located on the upstairs level. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped w/ a stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, assorted pots & pans, flatware, glasses and 2 bay sink (no dishwasher). There is internet/wifi available for use w/ Netflix, Hulu, etc. through the use of a Roku device that is provided. The bathroom is full-sized and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the condo for use. The common areas are landscaped and 3 dumpsters are located on-site for trash disposal. Having lived in the Teton area for over 20 years, with 5 of those years residing in Victor, I can attest that this is a great little town that's continually growing and is located in the perfect area of the valley. Its location provides convenient access to West Yellowstone and Grand Targhee Resort on the west side of the Tetons. And then Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the great town of Jackson, WY on the east side of the Tetons can be accessed with a short drive over beautiful Teton Pass, where you are dropped into the Snake River valley and numerous adventures can ensue.

The apartment was perfect! It was clean and had all the necessities. The most important thing, the Ponds was only a 30 minute drive to the Grand Teton National and the drive was very scenic. The check in/out process was seamless. I would definitely stay here again! Magdalena

The condo at The Ponds was exemplary! It was sparkling clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, too many amenities to mention! Richard responded promptly to our questions. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Victor is a fun little town, doorway to the Tetons-beautiful area. We highly recommend Richard’s condo-and if the opportunity presents itself, we’d definitely stay there again!

This apartment was without central air. It was unusually hot while we were there. Additional living room furniture would have been nice vs. stereo. The portable a/c was fine at night. It needed a good dusting but was a nice, quiet, safe place to stay. Thank you.

Great stay!

We were happy to find this vrbo extremely clean, quiet, and well equipped. The owner was lovely to work with and clearly cares about the rental. Check in was a breeze and the condo complex grounds are beautiful -- lots of trees. Overall, a wonderful stay. :)

One of the best experiences if not the best I’ve ever had. Everything thing we didn’t know we needed was there for us to use. One of the most important things to me is cleanliness and I was impressed in how clean it actually was. Would probably even plan a trip around the availability of this property. Had a mattress protector to boot. Amazing how so many places don’t. The drive from this property to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons was stunning. Would stay there again just for the drive alone and of course the reasonable price.Thank you, Robert!

The owner didn't miss anything. Everything you need is available, even ice chests and freezer packs for folks that fly into the area. Exceptional attention to every detail guests may need. It was a quiet respite after a day of hiking and sightseeing and a very easy ride to our next destination of West Yellowstone. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area
