Remodeled inside and out. Treat your family or group to accommodations that set the standard for tournament travel and group stays. Over 2,200 sq. ft. home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, fully functioning kitchen, laundry room, dining room, family room, and equipment room. Exterior property is 4 acres with outdoor seating, yard to run and play, grill, fire pit and firewood.

As a guest, you have access to the entire house and yard.



We are committed to keeping our guests healthy and enjoying their trip to Westfield. We are following CDC and Air BnB cleaning guidance in response to COVID-19. We are taking extra cleaning precautions and time when cleaning and sanitizing our homes.



Both owners live very close to the home and are very accessible most of the time.



Our home sits on the property line of Grand Park sports complex. The home has restaurants, groceries, local breweries and much more with 2 miles of the home.



The best way to get around Westfield is by car or bike. There is plenty of parking at the house for up to 6 cars.

Wedding Weekend

The house served as a venue for our rehearsal dinner and was able to support our families and friends with enough space to enjoy the festivities. We really enjoyed the stay and might look to book it again I'm the future.

Perfect for us

The location was perfect for our Allstar Football team. It allowed for space and boys to be boys! The outside area was perfect due to the ability for the team to practice , chant and horseplay.

Perfect Clean House on the Outskirts

Our group was 8 men there for football; we booked late so had to stay on the outskirts. This house is 2 adult BRs and 2 bunk rooms with 6 and 8 bunks respectively. It was amusing for us; 2-3 bunks per guy! We had a blast and the house and management were perfect. This exit has some good food and grocery options but is of course a long way from town.

Great place for family gathering!

We visited and met family half way. The layout of the home is nice as everything is separate and there are many places to sleep. The backyard was awesome for yard games and for the kids to play. The property owners were very nice. They do keep their company vehicles and their boat at the house which isn’t a problem but is worth mentioning as they may come by while you’re there.

Welcome This Is A Farmhouse

Great property close to city living with a farm vibe. There is plenty of space on this property to feel like you are away from it all. The host is very accommodating and the house quite spacious. We were able to get an early check in and late check out with no issues. There are games and a Fire pit not to mention a good sized lawn and plenty of parking. You should be aware that the property houses some cars and equipment and people may be coming and going. It was during the day and not an issue but be aware. In addition the water is probably well water and has a smell. Again not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot for Outdoor Fun

The property is spacious and well-put-together. Huge front and back yard with a creek that runs along the back of the property. Plenty of firewood, but we brought an ax and ended up chopping some of the larger stumps. Indoor areas are clean and updated. The host is top-notch and responds within minutes. Sleeping arrangements can be a bit inconvenient for couples. Two loft areas with multiple bunk beds. Two downstairs rooms off the kitchen with queen beds. Worked for us as a group of cousins that didn't care, but could be frustrating for others. There was only one trash bag, so be prepared. All other necessities (TP, paper towels, bath towels, etc.) were well stocked. No WiFi, but decent cell service.

Baby Shower

We had family from Wisconsin and Missouri gather with friends from Westfield Indiana to hold a baby shower. The location was great, and the backyard was the perfect place to hold our event. We used a local caterer, rented tables and chairs, and made memories.

Efficient location for baseball trip

Jill’s property is an excellent location for tournaments at Grand Park. There is most everything you might need and great outdoor decking and shade trees. We spent most of our time outside. It is a “farm” location…so water pressure in bathrooms is not ideal and no wi-fi. But the space and accommodations made up for a couple of minor amenities we might typically be used to.
